"I've lived in Spanish Fork for 15 years and moved to Mapleton in December 2022, but I had never tried this restaurant until March 2023. I’ve really enjoyed my visits and have been going occasionally since then. The food is quite good; I've tried tacos, enchiladas, and burritos, all of which I've liked. However, I've noticed that their prices have increased significantly. When I compare the menu on Google from a few months ago to the one at the restaurant, there are noticeable discrepancies. I went there today and saw that the prices had gone up again this week, costing a few dollars more for the exact same items I ordered two weeks ago. Today, I paid $10.31 for four carne asada tacos, which felt steep. $2.38 for each small street taco doesn't seem worth it to me anymore; I thought $1.90 was a fair price. Because of the rising costs, I’m unsure if I’ll be returning."

The reviews don’t lie! Great food and price. I ordered the pork burrito and it did not disappoint. I could only eat half, but it blows Chipotle, Cafe Rio, Brazil out of the water. It’s local and caters to the working lunch crowd. Nothing fancy, but the food delivers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant is one of the best places to eat traditional Mexican food in Utah County. I know it is hard to believe it because there is a lot of competition, but trust me, you won't be despondent! I highly recommend the carne asada and alpastor tacos. You have to add some condiments from the salsa bar. With alpastor add onions, silantro, radishes,marinated red onions, and green guacamole salsa and some drops of lime! Excellent place, abd service!!! And don't forget to order chicken fried tacos, a list two! Vegetarian options: Chiles rellenos, potato tacos. Kid-friendliness: Asada tacos, chicken fried tacos.
