"We had waited for over an hour to get our appetizers then had another minutes for dinner. All food came out staggered and the waiter was very nice. Told us it was a kitchen issue. At the end of the night we had been there for nearly hours for a course meal with most of our food coming in the last Minutes. Manager apologized but didnât offer anything to remedy the situation. Wouldnât ever go back."

It may have been an off night at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and we had to ask multiple times for everything, from cocktails to the check. The staff was apologetic, and the food was good.

This is one of our favorite restaurants to visit when in Staten Island. Michael's Martinis and Meatballs always provides a pleasurable dining experience, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We have eaten there many times with friends. There was a two person band the night we were there last that were very good and created a very energetic atmosphere. The food was very good, a compliment from an Italian woman from NY who cooks every night! We will definitely be back again. Thanks for another fgeat dining experience.
