Million Dollar Cowboy Bar

A Jackson institution that you can’t miss. This place has nostalgia and charm without being hokey. It’s a fun mix of locals and visitors, with a great, laid back atmosphere. Can’t wait to “ride” again at the cowboy bar.

Excellent casual dining experience with cowboy line dance lessons on the dance floor. The dining area was located one floor below the bar and dance floor. Selections of foods were good with local brewed beers. Good meats try the elk

The bar is so quintessential west! Sad bar stools, coins wrapped in counters, big bands and attentive staff! There were 10 of us, and the steakhouse below is warm and welcoming. The food is delicious, and again the staff is very attentive, helpful and accommodating! Love there! Don't miss it!!! Voir le carte

We only went in and looked around at the bar top with the coins and brands on it. That looked really good. The saddle barstools were fun as well. The mounted bear with the story about him was interesting. If we had more time we would have eaten or had a drink. We heard lots of good things about the food dancing and fun. Wish we had more time to do those things. Really fun iconic place.

Total tourist trap, which is good, but her rude staff accused me of not paying cover fee for the band that began an hour after our arrival and grabbed my arm to check a stamp (attack in most states). We left immediately and the staff was friendly enough to accompany us. We sat at the bar with bartender Sean who was great. If you are a fan of cracker running ambience, you will love this place

Hokey but fun. Couldn't make it in last year but glad I could stop by this time around. Even managed to get the saddle seats at the bar. Service is fast considering the crowd. Can't speak to quality of the mixed drinks but the beer selection was good enough for me. Place was pretty busy and oddly there wasn't any music at the time as I think they showcase live acts but it was loud and lively nonetheless. Worth stopping by as a tourist at least once. A must if you're visiting! Don't worry about bad reviews, go check out this iconic spot and mark your own assessment. I went here twice while visiting. It was busy, but my 3 friends and I were able to grab a table and have some drinks. The bartender was nice and the drinks were good. There was some live music playing as well The next night I sat at the bar and had some Wyoming whiskey the bar tender recommended. It was really good and the bar tender was very attentive. I also had the bison burger and it was delicious! Made up for the dry one I had at a brewery the night before.

a cool place in jackson. we came a little early and hit the crowd and got a place right next to the dance floor. the band arrived at 8:30 a.m., so we had half an hour to get to the top to have the mut to dance. the cocktails are not great (old fashion) so we stick to beer and a few dishes (clamp azul). there are billard tables, cool saddle chairs on the bar, tables and a dance floor with a live band, so they can step two. You can't beat that! there is also a gift shop. the decor is amazing, filled bears, mountain lions, tree stumps and branches decorate the place. that is a clearer visit when they are in the city.

I don't usually do reviews mid-trip, but I will make an exception. Visited 2nd time in 3 days. First time grabbed a seat at bar, not too busy. Sat there for 5 minutes. Server was at other end. Not doing anything. She clearly saw me sit down. Completely ignored me. So I left. Same thing today, thought I'd give them another try. Came in, took a seat. This time 2 servers. Watched them talk with some friends at front of bar. There were maybe 10 people at bar. Again, totally ignored me. Left after 5 minutes. I own a bar, so quite frankly it astonishes me how they'd tolerate such horrendous service. Passed by the host on my way out, told him how I couldn't get a drink. He shrugged. Such an awful a...
