"We truly enjoy dining at Montana 's, regardless as to what food we order...it 's all good. The only thing better than the food is the service. The girls are ready to serve and wanting to please. They don 't hover, but if you engage they all like to chat briefly. I do have one recommendation though; DO NOT USE THE ONLINE RESERVATION TOOL found on the website. I booked us on a table online, got the confirmation email, then an hour before our reservation time I got another email saying we had been checked in and asking how the meal was. When we actually did arrive at Montana 's there was no reservation under my name, and the girls there said, Don 't use the online system. It never works. It 's better if you just call us. Now THAT is service. Thank you Ladies...it 's always a pleasure."

Ordered 10 oz strip loin. Found out after quite a bit of a wait that they were out of 10 ounce strip loin. Most insincere “sorry about that” I have heard from a server in a long while. OK, if I wanted steak it would have to be the sirloin. Asked for it to be cooked “as rare as possible”. It was cooked that way but a VERY tough piece of beef. For the , I would have done better to have bought a better quality steak and cooked it myself!! Won’t be going back.

The Brisket Burger is probably one of the best burgers I 've ever had, at least of any that come to mind. Every aspect of it was perfection, and with how far a dollar goes these days, it 's also a good value comparatively speaking. The fries and onion rings are also pretty good, but nothing special. The loaded baked potato was okay, but a bit dry and chewy. I had a cocktail with the meal called Papa 's Lemonade , it was done very well. If you like whiskey lemonade with some twists, I highly recommend it. The servers seemed a bit robotic and dull, not much conversation or banter to be had with them, but they were at least timely.
