"A few weeks ago, when we got our order home, I found that my garden salad contained only lettuce—no other vegetables. I thought maybe someone just overlooked adding them, but then I realized they also forgot the ranch dressing for my lettuce. I was becoming a bit frustrated, but I figured Mr. Jim's was just having an off day. Then, when we tried the pizza, we discovered it was burned and the crust didn’t have the garlic Parmesan topping that we had ordered—it was plain. We decided to chalk it up to a fluke and moved on. Today, I decided to give Mr. Jim's another chance. They mentioned I could place an order at 8:50 PM, even though they close at 9 PM, which made me happy. However, as we were driving home, I noticed they had left out an item from my order. Since they were already closed, I couldn’t call or return for it, so I arrived home feeling disappointed, especially since I was reminded of my last experience. Sure enough, when we got home, the pizza was burned again (I've added a photo). I'm genuinely disappointed with Mr. Jim's. I don't know what's going on, but it seems like there are issues that need to be addressed. I can't be the only customer experiencing this. My family is concerned we might not order from Mr. Jim's again. While I think we will, I will definitely make sure to double-check my order for all items and inspect the quality of the food before leaving the store next time."

The place seems just like any fast pizza place but the food here has been great. The crust is thick and chewy, they put plenty of sauce on the pizzas and the have great ingredients. Cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely buy here again.

The pizza was outstanding! I tried the meat lover's and it had a perfect balance of toppings. I would have loved a bit more spinach, but it was still incredibly delicious! I'm excited to have found a new pizza spot—Mr. Jim's! Thank you, you guys are fantastic!

I can't believe I waited so long to try Mr. Jim's pizza. The quality and flavor surpass all the other chains in the area. I placed my delivery order online, and while the website could really use a major update, it gets the job done. This restaurant used to be so great. The staff were polite as well as courteous to the customer. For some reason though I have been met with ultimate disappointment in the satisfactory of the food and the customer service. We have ordered from these guys for a years now but their delivery times have increases. They are not what 's advertised. We order online but wait over 1 hour to get our 3 pizzas. I called customer service but all they said was sorry, our times areonly estimated and to call the store instead of ordering online. No offer to improve the customer experience either. Thenwhat 's the point of a website? This has happened 2x already.
