This is actually my first Mr. Jim's experience. I ordered the sticky fingers. This is a damn good pizza.

I found out about Mr. Jim's from my neighbor. The thin crust pizza was amazing and the delivery was incredibly fast. The customer service over the phone was also excellent. Thank you!

Blond haired Caucasian girl was very disrespectful to my mother when she went to pick up our order. The girl told her that they didn’t have it and told her to leave. I went in and they had our order. Overall, will not be coming back to be treated so poorly. Voir le carte

I ran over my first mr jims pizza when she first opened one in cellar tx, and as long as I can taste the pizza great and after all the years the recipie has not changed much. pizzas always look so good when it is hot and gooey! sticky finger hands down my favorites and colorful with its ingredients. many thanks for consistent and tasty they are always ny favorite pizza!

I remmeber my first mr jims pizza when they first opened one up in keller tx, and as long as I can remmeber the pizza taste great and after all these years thier recipie hasn't changed much. I have been living in Texas for just over two years and had not yet found the perfect pizza place. My husband and I recently moved to the area, and he was hesitant to try them again because he had a bad experience in the past. However, we decided to give them a try a few weeks ago and now we can't get enough. We have to have them at least once a month now. Our favorite is the Chicken Premier - it is absolutely delicious. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, while an employee ignored me and just stared. When someone finally did help me, she had a rude attitude. None of the staff were wearing name tags, but the woman with red-tipped hair needs to improve her customer service skills because she was very rude. She threw the order at me, didn't say anything, and walked away. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

this location has terrible customer service. the first 10 stood for 10 minutes before someone recognized me. while a person stood right in front of me folding boxes did not say that she just looked at me, then when a woman finally helped me, she had the evil attutid. No one had ever had on a name tag so that woman was with red tipped hair must return even though customer service training because she rude. she commanded me, didn't say a word had gone. I would never eat at this place ever.

This review is strictly based on this location, and not mr jims as a whole because normally mr Jim’s is great. However, I ordered a pizza with no meat as the person I’m sharing it with cannot eat meat, and instead I get a pizza with everything on it with not only meat but things I’m allergic to as well. No big, I understand, but I call to try and remedy the situation. I called originally at 2pm, and it is now 2:52 and there hasn’t even been someone to pick up the phone to tell me they’re busy, and a timeline when they can get to me. 50 minutes is too long to be on hold in the middle of their shift with no answer, it’s a shame the customer service is so bad at this location, when it is so out...
