The dining experience was incredible, with a very friendly and dedicated host who I believe was the owner. The food was delicious, especially the etouffee with shrimp. They made New Orleans proud with their flavors. Additionally, they had beautifully made masks for sale. Overall, the dining experience was amazing!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is excellent, and the waitstaff are very attentive. The management is also very accommodating when it comes to food allergies. I have a gluten allergy, and the manager and kitchen staff kindly prepared a fresh pot of oil for frying my dish to prevent any cross-contamination. Overall, a wonderful experience! We received many excuses for the poor service, along with some complimentary beignets. If you're thinking about ordering any of the fried items, you might find those enjoyable, as they likely come from frozen stock and are hard to mess up. However, if you're seeking genuine Cajun cuisine, I suggest you keep driving—this place just doesn't cut it. On a positive note, our waitress was wonderful. She made every effort to improve our experience and truly deserved to be in charge of the restaurant instead. Mrs. Lively, I know you can do better.

I also had the crab cake as an appetizer, which I liked, although it contained a bit too much filler and not enough crab. The atmosphere has a lively Mardi Gras theme that I really enjoy, as it effectively highlights Cajun influences. I suspect the filter isn't cleaned regularly, which made me uneasy about the food, so I simply requested water instead. To make matters worse, the music was incredibly loud.
