"I am very disappointed with my experience! The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a 40-minute wait outside, followed by an uncomfortable wait in a crowded indoor area. The menu on their website was misleading, with many items crossed out, and the one dish I ordered wasn’t available in the flavor I wanted. I ended up getting the jam and milk, which was quite unappetizing. The boba tea was diluted, and instead of the regular boba I had requested, I received popping boba. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said they were out of the regular boba, possibly to avoid remaking my drink. The rolled ice cream had just one strawberry and tasted like plain milk. Overall, it was too expensive, and the staff was rude. This was a terrible experience!"

This place is decent, but I'm not sure if it's due to COVID restrictions or other reasons, they have a limited selection of toppings for the ice cream. The staff aren't very friendly or welcoming either. The ice cream itself is alright but nothing extraordinary. My taro banana ice cream mostly tasted like banana and barely like taro.

I was surprised by how the ice cream rolls tasted compared to how they were made. I expected them to be somewhat flaky or crunchy when I bit into them, but they were just like regular ice cream. The only difference is in the way they’re prepared. I think it might take some time to really get used to the flavor. Overall, the staff was friendly and helped me pick my order, which was the Oreo ice cream roll.

I brought my 20-month-old toddler to Munchies Rolled Ice Cream after a visit to the children's museum, and the hospitality we experienced was incredible. The staff at the register kindly brought out a large stuffed hamster for my daughter, who hugged it tightly and was overjoyed. Their genuine kindness was truly heartwarming, and I’m very grateful for the warmth they showed us. The ice cream was delicious, and watching it being made was so much fun!
