"First off, the location shows up as having a drive through, which is why I went there. They don?t. But more importantly customer service was pretty much non existent. Woman at the counter was totally disinterested and barely smiled. It was my first time to a Nektar, and she seemed annoyed that I had questions and didn?t know things about the menu. And the blender was so loud I couldn?t really hear her. I?m pretty sure they mixed up an order between the woman in line ahead of me and my friends order. She had to ask if her was correct, and without looking they said yes. Then when my friend got hers, it didn?t look like it was one she ordered. But again without looking they said yes it was. I asked and verified that they had not put cashew milk in mine since I have a really bad allergy. (I?d specified that when I ordered) The guy making them, again not even turning around to look at me, said yes and that he even changed gloves. That part was appreciated, but it would have been nice to have even a semblance of customer service when he told me that, maybe even eye contact, or simply looking at me. Is that too much to ask? Lastly the bowls were both missing the agave that was supposed to be on top, they were barely frozen and were already melting when they were handed to us, and they had maybe 5 blueberries. Disappointing all around, and I have no intentions of going back. Customer service is everything to me. I?ll forgive a less than stellar food item. But when there?s no customer service, no friendliness AND less than stellar product, then what is the redeeming value?"

Best burgers in Phoenix. The servings of fries are enough for at least 3. I got the Llano Pablano. 10/10, not super spicy. Good vegan and gluten free options.

Went for the first time on the other day and was impressed. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, comfortable mood with cool music. The comfortable foot rest. Delicious Burgers and Pommes! Will return.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of bowls, and the staff is incredibly friendly! I tried the dragon fruit bowl, which was both refreshing and sweet. I also added peanut butter, and it was fantastic!

An uncomplicated and fun burger place right off from Camelback and 20th St. Good, honest burger, made right. Apparently, this joint was recently voted to have the best burgers in the States, and they are definitely doing a good job trying to hold that reputation. Exemplary service and a nice, relaxed decor.

The hamburgers are very good! I also got the sweet potatoes and they were soooooooo good! The sweet potatoes had a sweet chili sauce and it really enhanced the flavor to the sweet potatoes!!! The serving size are pretty big so is enough for two people to share the fries! Definitely recommend this restaurant!

I had ordered the Buffalo Bill Bison Burger to double the Bisonburger. It's very sloppy, so I suggest you cut it in half. Besides, I forgot to tell them no bacon I don't do a pig. And it wasn't completely boiled, so maybe I should have told them I want to do it well. I also order a salted caramel type of shaking. That was very good. Voir le carte

Hopdoddy has great burgers for a fair price. The divisible truffleries are a generous portion that could probably be divided by up to 3 people, and they are very delicious! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. There are plenty of parking and easy to get to the restaurant. I saw them make milkshakes and I was too full to have one, but it looked so good!

I didn't have my reading glasses or my wallet with me, just my Apple Pay. Fortunately, Bianca, with her kind nature, helped me add my payment method to the app so I could pay for my order simultaneously. Now that's what I call exceptional customer service! The juices and smoothies are incredibly fresh, making the price worthwhile. I also appreciate that they ask whether you'd like ice or not.
