"The butter chicken tikka masala here is absolutely delightful, no matter which meat you choose. I usually treat myself to lamb or goat, which come with a higher price tag than chicken, but it's definitely worth it because the flavors are exceptional. The portions of curry masala are decent, though they might not be as generous as at some other Indian restaurants I've tried. I've only ordered takeout, so maybe the containers are slightly smaller—I can't say for sure. A generous serving of basmati rice is included, and while the naan is good, it's not as impressive as I've had at other places. It's also on the pricier side, costing $3 for a regular naan and $3.50 to $4 for garlic naan. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for takeout. However, parking can be a bit tricky during busy hours since it's located on High Street near the OSU campus and is surrounded by numerous other eateries. Personally, I find it's easier to grab takeout than to hunt for parking."

Absolutely amazing! I loved it. We had the biryani rice with goat meat. Food: 5/5.

Excellent quality food every time, no matter the dish! They plastic wrap all containers so none of your meal spills- a small detail that is much appreciated.

44. Mango Curry was very good a little sweet when selecting mild spice. 32. Butter Curry was perfect. Both dishes were small for their price. The 104. Garlic Naan was very burnt, and quite tough.

The Vegetarian Special Deal was incredible! Every dish was delicious! It included a generous portion of plain rice, and the naan bread was enormous—there were three of them! The samosas were crispy and packed with filling.

The butter curry, mango curry, and tikka masala were delightful. Since we hadn't ordered from this restaurant before, we opted for mild to play it safe. Everything was bursting with flavor and the portion sizes were generous.

This restaurant was truly disappointing. There were flies in the bathroom, which then made their way into the kitchen—definitely an issue that the health department needs to address! The chicken cadai tasted more like chicken malai, and I couldn't manage to eat more than a couple of bites. After paying inflated prices for everything, I couldn't wait to leave. Unfortunately, I think it's best for people to avoid this place altogether. Voir le carte

The food is excellent, though there's always room for improvement. However, the service is truly exceptional—definitely the best I've ever experienced. I felt completely at ease asking for anything I needed, and they even provided me with a full jar of water because I wanted plenty. The warm welcome added to the experience. I especially want to thank Azhar if he happens to read this. He made my visit memorable, and this is my second consecutive time coming back here because of him. It certainly won’t be the last!

I absolutely loved the Tikka Masala! The heat and blend of spices were spot on. The Taj Mahal Special Deal offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it! The portions of curry, rice, and naan were incredibly generous. The onion appetizer was excellent as well. The food arrived piping hot and well-packaged. I really appreciate when my curry or soup is securely wrapped to prevent spills, and they did a fantastic job with that. I was so full that I couldn’t finish the entire dish, but I would definitely order again!

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
