I researched the most reviewed restaurants in the area, and this place was among the top three. However, when I drove there, I discovered that it appears to be out of business, likely having struggled to survive the pandemic.

The personal attention at this restaurant is fantastic. The owners genuinely care about providing an enjoyable dining experience. The sushi was excellent and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely return for another visit.

This place used to have the best sushi in town. The food and atmosphere were fantastic, and it was always clean. It was a bit on the pricey side, but it was worth it every time. Unfortunately, the original owners sold the restaurant, and the new management halved the portion sizes. The cleanliness declined significantly, and the quality of the food dropped as well. It seems as though these guys are going through another remodel. The bar side is closed and they have opened the old side back up. It has no decorations and no ambiance right now. The waitress/chef did not give us any information about why they are renovating. There was no sign of the brothers that own/ed it so we assume it was sold. We do wish them luck but they have a high standard to reach if they want us to return.

One thing I really appreciate is that they begin by asking if anyone in the group has any allergies. As someone with Celiac disease, this thoughtful approach means a lot to me, as it saves me from having to explain my condition when ordering. The menu clearly indicates all allergens, and many dishes can be customized to accommodate specific dietary needs. I felt very safe dining here. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially those with allergies or dietary restrictions!

I just recently moved to the uniontown area and was looking for a good sushi place to try. I had heard about this restaurant from a couple friends and decided to give it a go. My first night in my new place, new people, obviously a little nervous, when i walked into this business I felt like I had just received a huge hug from the staff. They welcomed me in and got my order done pretty fast and efficiently. As I was standing there waiting for my bag to be brought out, one of the men that works there, didn't get his name, began to spark a conversation.
