"Quality Customer Service Cost Cleanliness Spencer 's has been one of my family 's traditions for, at least, 3 generations. I can still see Mr. Spencer ever so gently putting the ice cream around in the cup. Memories were made here that 'll last a lifetime. My Mama, Marie Reese Lacy, believed ice cream made everything better, whether it was a cold, chickenpox, surgery, life 's free throws, or a heartbreak. Spencer 's Orange Cooler has, on many occasions, nursed me and mine, plus our friends back from the brink and I APPRECIATE YOU, Spencer 's Dairy Cream of Grenada! Outside seating, dine in, playground, photo props, walk up windows, soft serve ice cream (large selection), shakes, coolers, banana splits, sundaes, parfait, burgers, chicken phillys, hot dogs, chili dogs, onion rings, fried pickles, funnel cake fries, Ms much more."

"The pasta dishes were enjoyable, the pizza was passable for southern standards with a tasty crust and generous sauce, and the eggplant was a hit with our group. The unique open-air seating area was a bit unusual, but we quickly adjusted and it was perfect for our large birthday celebration. While the lack of wine service at an Italian restaurant was disappointing, we were able to bring our own and they kindly provided everything we needed. We were the first party of the evening and the last to leave, as we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be returning for our next group dinner and recommend asking for Max as your server. Unfortunately, wheelchair accessibility was a major issue, with no wheelchair accessible restrooms available. Despite this, the restaurant had too many positive attributes for us to dwell on this matter."

"I live in Missouri and the Orleans Bistro is in Grenada, Mississippi but it is well worth the 400 mile drive to eat there. It's in the old part of town and doesn't have the best ambiance (although the real fire in the fireplace was nice) but it makes up for that with the quality of food and excellent service. I visit a friend in the area twice a year and the highlight is always dining at the Bistro. My personal favorite is the bacon wrapped grilled shrimp with fresh fruit and grilled asparagus. My friend had the filet and her mother had crab cakes. All was superb. Your glass never got empty and the wait staff was attentive but not overly attentive because that's just annoying! I highly recommend this place. Check days and hours before going because the hours vary."

"We visited the restaurant with a group of eight and had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to take our order. We all started to think they had forgotten us. When the server finally arrived, I ordered a tossed salad and a water with lemon. Unfortunately, the water had a bleach smell to it. Additionally, I discovered that you don't get to choose your dressing with the lukewarm salad—they simply placed a packet of Ken's Ranch Dressing on the table without asking my preference. The salad itself was also served at room temperature. Seriously?! Save your money and skip this place. The salad was disappointing, but the service was even worse!"

"My husband and I were really looking forward to enjoying the seafood buffet to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the food was terrible! It was old and not fresh at all. We requested some fresh fish, and while they cooked a little, it wasn’t enough to satisfy us. The shrimp was decent, but there just wasn't enough of it! The fish had no seasoning, the spaghetti was overcooked, and the garlic completely overpowered the flavor. The crab cakes were so tough that we could hardly bite into them, and the fried chicken was far too old to eat. To top it all off, we arrived a bit after 7 PM, only to find out they were closing at 8 PM, despite my husband being told they would be open until 9 PM. With a price tag of over $35, we expected much better quality food. This was incredibly disappointing!"
