"The drinks at this place are amazing, but the service could use some work. In the mornings, it frequently takes more than 20 minutes just to place a drink order because the cashier spends too much time chatting with customers, taking orders, and packing baked goods. This is the slowest service I've encountered at any coffee shop in Ann Arbor."

"Notre famille a apprécié les sièges à l'extérieur et les serveurs ont fait un travail fabuleux en déplaçant rapidement d'autres tables à l'intérieur lorsque la pluie est tombée à l'improviste. Nous étions sous un parapluie et un grand arbre et nous n'avions pas à bouger et la pluie s'est terminée rapidement. Nos enfants adolescents ne sont pas allés dans de nombreux bons restaurants et ils ont adoré les apéritifs créatifs, en particulier les croûtons faits maison sur la salade césar, délicieux! Nous avons tous eu de très bons repas et étions trop pleins pour le dessert, ce qui est dommage car j'ai déjà eu le pudding au pain au chocolat avec Baileys et c'est divin! Il y a tellement d'options savoureuses et nous avons apprécié les pétoncles ainsi que le canard, le poulet au citron vert et le flanc. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper!"

"The original American experience. Simple, dedicated, family owned business. Generation after generation this place evolves slowly keeping a taste of the old good days without being out of touch. The service is extremely kind and personal yet it hashigh standard. Is the place expensive? It is meant to be a high end restaurant and it is. The price is in accordance to theexperience, location and quality of the food and service. The food is fantastic everything is a classic yet it is original tothe restaurant. Big shout out for the appetizer the delicately perfectly Shrimp and fried calamari or the surprising CajunChicken which is probably not the most accurate you'd get in New Orleans but it is original and well executed. The ribs arefell off the bones and covered in thick barbecue sauce as they should. Yes, nothing is extraordinary but you are assured of agreat food experience for something at the end not over estimated."

"Après nous avoir donné uniquement les options de 7h15 ou 7h45, pas 7h30 comme nous le voulions. Quand nous sommes arrivés pour notre réservation de 7h15, ils nous ont fait attendre une demi-heure. Bien qu'ils se soient excusés, ils ne nous ont pas offert de café gratuit après le dîner ni aucune autre sorte d'excuses tangibles. Ce genre de service n'encourage pas une nouvelle visite. Le reste du service était bon, à part le serveur essayant de suggérer le champagne Dom Pérignon pour 350 $ (il ne nous a pas dit le prix)."

"Came here on sunny Tuesday evening around 8pm for dinner. The place was packed, and this was surprising to me because this is a vegetarian place. I don't see vegetarian spots packed like this back home in the Bay Area, so I was excited to try it. Luckily we didn't have to wait, but we were seated on the sidewalk. We got two cocktails and a beer. Since we were seated outside, there was a pesky bee that flew around while we drank. It fell and died in my beer, so luckily the server gave me another beer. We got the buffalo cauliflower wings, buffalo wrap, and the world's greatest wrap. The cauliflower wings were delicious! The texture was crispy and it was my first time eating them at a restaurant instead of making them at home. The breading had a nice crunch. The world's greatest wrap had grilled tempeh, melted provolone-style cheese, shredded cabbage, pickled carrot-radish, tomato, grilled red onion, guacamole garlic mayo on a whole-wheat tortilla. I don't eat tempeh often but I love the grilled flavor of this tempeh. The textures of the ingredients made everything feel fresh despite having heavy stuff like guacamole and garlic mayo in it. The buffalo wrap had buffalo soy curls, baby greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, celery, cabbage homemade ranch on a wheat tortilla. My cousins and I didn't like this as much as the other wrap, and it paired better with a hot sauce, but I still thought it was a decent wrap. We were full with two wraps between three people. Vegetarian food is always tricky for me because I feel like I could eat an infinite amount of it. After coming here, I can see why it's a solid food spot for the community. I'd recommend it!"
