Delicious food. Friendly staff. Also very affordable. Weve been twice and have tried the spring rolls, crunchy Unami, some pho and ramen, and a few of the sandwiches. Will definitely be back.

There are decent vegetarian options. The staff were friendly. The cashier was knowledgeable about vegetarians, so she helped us out. We ordered Tofu Banh Mi and Shroomed Out noodles and we loved them.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian items are marked 'V '. Voir le carte

I had a fantastic first experience at Nudo House. As soon as I walked in, the front-of-house staff was very attentive, answering all my questions about the menu and substitutions. I ordered the Hebrew Hammer, and it was amazing! The flavors were vibrant, and the noodles were excellent. I will definitely return!

I had the vegan mushroom ramen, and it was just okay. I also tried the tofu belly sandwich, which I enjoyed more. The texture was a bit chewy, so I probably wouldn’t order it again. Next time, I’ll explore other options. The food presentation was lovely, and the staff were great. As for vegetarian choices, there are a few different options available.

My first time getting an entree there and I got the shroom bowl and spring rolls. Spring rolls were super delicious, the peanut sauce was great. The bowl that I got was pretty good I felt like it needed something. But it had good flavor, I did get my food to go so it would probably be better to eat the ramen and house while it's hot and fresh. I could tell that they made their own fresh noodles. Voir le carte

We took a day trip to St. Louis and were looking for a place to eat. My husband and I wanted to try homemade Ramen. The Nudo House in Creve Coeur, Missouri is the location we ate at. It is located in a strip plaza, and I probably wouldn't have noticed it driving through the parking area. The place was packed good sign! Spicy, umami noodles are what we like and the Tantanmen is what was recommended. Oh wow, did it deliver Absolutely delicious.!!!

I've visited Nudo House on Delmar twice now and have left completely satisfied both times. I ordered the Classic Nudo Ramen and shared it with friends, but I definitely should have gotten my own bowl! The food is delicious, the location is convenient, and the prices are affordable—it's hard to ask for anything more. That black garlic flavor is truly out of this world. On my way out, I also ordered takeout for my husband; unfortunately, they gave me the wrong dish. I had ordered tonkotsu ramen with a side of karaage for him, but instead, they handed me pho. He was really looking forward to ramen, but it’s hard to feel let down when the food tastes as good as it did!

Nudo House in St. Louis was a great dining experience!The Vietnamese chicken salad was a perfect combination of flavors, with shredded chicken, crisp napa cabbage, crunchy carrots and cucumber, and the perfect balance of peanut and cilantro. The nuoc mam dressing was the perfect finishing touch, tying all the flavors together perfectly. The curry up noodles were a real treat, with their delicious yellow coconut curry, fresh carrots, onions, and celery, and the crunchy peanut and fried shallot toppings.
