I apologize for not leaving a review after my first visit. Ny Deli Grill serves some of the best New York-style Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on this side of the Bay—quite possibly the very best. It definitely beats the Philly cheesesteak spot in Walnut Creek. Absolutely exceptional!

I order this sandwich about two to three times a week, and usually, it’s quite good. Although there can be some inconsistencies, most of the time it’s satisfactory. However, I cannot accept being charged $4.99 for fries that are overcooked and overly seasoned. To make matters worse, I only received half a bag of fries, which wasn’t even that large to begin with. Essentially, I ended up with just 12 french fries for that price. Please pay more attention to the food you serve; take pride in it. Even if it’s just a french fry, take PRIDE.
