Khaela my waitress was not very good. Ordered a burger which was super salty. Tried to take back and my waitress totally avoided me. When she finally came back she never even asked me if I wanted something else or even would address me at all. Just handed the check to my dining companion and walked away. I ordered a medium steak at this location last night and it came out raw. It also looked like a roast they had trimmed up to look like a steak. I guess I should have went with my gut feeling and just went to Texas Roadhouse for steak but I wanted to give Ocharleys a try because growing up I always liked when my family ate there. I also don’t think for my girlfriend and I that it should have been $73 to eat there, definitely could have got a better meal somewhere else for that amount of money.

I stopped by this restaurant for a lunch break during my travels, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was DELICIOUS, with plenty of interesting options on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the garlic shrimp pasta. The service was great; the staff checked in on us regularly, and the place was clean. We had plenty of time to choose our meals without feeling rushed, and we were in and out in under an hour. The prices were reasonable, and it was a much better experience compared to the 39 minutes spent on a poor-quality meal the day before at Wendy's. Overall, I spent 54 minutes enjoying a fantastic meal.

Ashley was one of the best servers we've ever encountered. She was incredibly friendly and efficient. My husband has worked in the restaurant industry, and I've been in it for over 20 years, so we know what to look for in good service. Ashley not only took great care of us, but she also managed five or more tables simultaneously without skipping a beat! The food was amazing, from the appetizers all the way to the duck. A massive thank you to everyone working last night. We came in pretty late in the evening, about 2 hours before close, however that didn't affect the quality of the food or service one bit and I greatly appreciate that! I understand it can be a pain to get things going again when you're cleaning up and want to really express my gratitude for how wonderful everything was! I came tonight at 5:00 and ordered to go. I ordered a shrimp flour with potatoes, Mac and cheese and also a steak chicken plier with Mac and cheese with a salad, also a tea. An order to go home with me. I tipped 11.00. The young lady told me about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. They had other customers come to pick up orders during this time. I see commands both on their bookshelf and behind their counter. It was enough time when I didn't understand what took so long. I go to the counter and ask if they're done with my order, it's 5:40.
