"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the woman who works there. She doesn't know how to treat customers, always displaying a bad attitude. It's hard to understand why she treats customers this way when there are so many other good and better restaurants to choose from. The woman never smiles and has no positive energy. I do not like her and will not be returning. The customer service is racist and disrespectful. My family and friends used to go there, but stopped because of the bad attitude and service. Customers are important for a business to succeed, and there are plenty of restaurants that treat their customers better. If customers stop coming, the restaurant will close. Imagine if this bad customer service was happening in a larger restaurant."

"Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!"

"Mes collègues et moi avions réservé à midi et nous nous sommes assis immédiatement. Comme le restaurant birman se trouve dans le coin, nous avons vraiment hâte de vivre cette expérience. Alors que nous n'étions pas pressés, le restaurant était. Des boissons ont été commandées et ils ont demandé instamment d'avoir une commande de repas en même temps. Nous attendons pour commander la nourriture jusqu'à ce que les boissons nous soient apportées. Nous avons commandé le ragoût de bœuf et de chèvre birman ainsi que le Moh Hin Ga (soupe de nouilles de poisson). Les sauces sur les ragoûts de viande étaient bonnes, mais pas spectaculaires! Le ragoût de viande n'était certainement pas tendre. Si vous aimez la viande dure, ces plats sont faits pour vous. De plus, le Moh Hin Ga manquait de goût et selon les mots de mes collègues: "je ne le commanderais plus". Aussi des boissons non alcoolisées et du thé glacé et réapprovisionné gratuitement. Compte tenu de la précipitation et de l'expérience médiocre, je ne reviendrai pas. Compte tenu de leurs excellentes critiques sur Yelp, il semble que de nombreux clients l'apprécient. Peut-être que nous ne leur avons rendu visite que lors d'une mauvaise journée ou que le cuisinier normal n'était pas là ce jour-là ..."

"Arrived here at 11 am, got food served in more than an hour.Ordered the complete breakfast. Crispy bacon, two hashbrown patties just like McDonald's, two toast slices with butter and scrambled eggs. Everything very neatly presented and cooked just fine. Flavor as nothing special.Why one star? The served that very basic and plain breakfast past 12. I waited more than an hour for fast food.The waitress were totally cool with having everyone waiting. They are painfully slow and expressionless.Not recommended: regular dinner food with very poor service."

"This was my first time at Theodore's and I must say that my server was impeccable! Courtney was absolutely fantastic. The overall experience was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. My friend ordered the burnt ends, which were great, and I had the brisket with barbecue sauce and mac and cheese. We also tried the chili. The food overall was excellent, although I wasn't a huge fan of the mac and cheese. There is a 100% chance that I will return, and I highly recommend this place for both the food and the service. Courtney really made my visit an exceptional experience!"
