This was definitely the best Polish Boy I've ever tasted! The fries were crispy, and there was just the right amount of heat. Food: 5/5

Burnt cornbread, baked beans that looked like canned cat food, and tiny ribs so overcooked that I couldn't even get the meat off them with a fork. The most disappointing meal I've had in a very long time. Spent $30 on a meal that I only ate the fries out of.Food: 1/5

The younger staff member was not very polite, and my family and I waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes only to find out that our order had never been placed. By the time we finally received our food, it had been a total of 1 hour and 54 minutes. I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. Voir le carte

I absolutely love the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff's demeanor comes across as unprofessional. If you're from the neighborhood, you might feel at home here, but for those who aren't, it could be an uncomfortable experience with long waits and an atmosphere that's not very inviting. Someone treated me to a chicken wing dinner. The business is I'll equipped to deal with the volume. Took a good 40 minutes plus to get our food. My church friend said she was glad she checked the order as a lot was missing. Wings were puffy (air), and the fries were okay with the sauce. The Cole slaw left in the container that lost its lid was good

The service wasn't great they weren't very personable. The wings were great, the fries hard and appeared to be old and recooked, not fresh at all, and the coleslaw was disgusting. That was my first time eating there. I may give them one more shot, but the fries and coleslaw are the same. I won't be back, ever!! First of all, I give this place a solid 10 out of 10. The food is incredible, plain and simple. You're not coming here for warm smiles and friendly conversation; you're here for the most delicious BBQ and soul food in Cleveland, or anywhere near it, for that matter. Ever thought that the reason they often run out of ribs is because they're constantly serving up amazing ribs all day and night? They are always busy! I wish I could give this place zero stars. The older woman with dreadlocks and glasses was extremely unfriendly. After she took the order from the customer in front of me, she completely ignored my presence. She didn’t even glance my way, even though I could tell she saw me. She just kept looking down, walked away, and returned to the window without acknowledging me at all. It would have been nice if she had at least said something like, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” If Kim's Wing had been open, I would have gone there instead. Good food /bad customer service...like anywhere else. Ppl on here complaining about the wait or the lines. ITS A BBQ /SOULFOOD spot, wth you expect. U want fast service, go to a FAST FOOD spot. And I agree with the place having ppl with bad attitudes, but they are no different than the ppl who smile at you while talking **** in a NICE way. Grow a backbone and demand respect. Id rather a person show me who they are rather than pretending to be someone else. This place has been in business for years, so one less customer won 't matter.
