"the cafe itself does not offer many vegan options; in the did there was only one on the menu tonight (a kocosnus-based thai curry sweet dish with rice). since I am not so sharp on cocosnuss, our waitress was more than accommodating, and she beat the regular salad with 4 large pieces tofu and avocado, which was absolutely delicious. the menu, almost all meat-based, offered an ono meat dish that my partner could not stop cycling. he finished his meal with a cocoscream cake, a large disc that was light and as good as the main meal. the waitress and the rest of the waiting staff (I think our water glasses were filled at least 5 times during our 1 hour meal) were simply exceptional."

"However, by 4:30 PM, the waitress began putting the chairs up on the tables. The music was so loud that it made it impossible for us to have a conversation with our friends. When I asked if she could lower the volume, she explained that they preferred the music loud while they mopped the floors. By 4:35 PM, they started mopping around us, and the strong smell of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming, causing us to cough. The loud music continued, and we felt rushed to finish our meals. Ultimately, we had to gulp down our food and leave due to the unpleasant fumes. While the food is great, I would caution others to visit after 4 PM at their own risk, as the service was unacceptably poor."

"We've been visiting Brick Oven Pizza every year for the past ten years. We love their crispy crust and sweet pizza sauce. It's getting kinda spendy, though. One medium meat pizza, one beer and one soda was $60 including tip, tax and credit card fee. I really wanted a side salad, but couldn't see paying almost ten bucks for a tossed green salad with only tomatoes and carrots on it. Service was great, but we were pretty much the only customers on a Wednesday afternoon at 3."

"The service at this restaurant was quite peculiar. We ordered a pastry along with two frozen mixed drinks. After placing our order and paying in cash, the person taking our order spent a good 5-8 minutes standing by the iPad, and it was unclear what they were doing. I noticed my husband wondering whether we should ask if he was going to prepare our drinks or if there was an issue. Eventually, another employee came out from the back and engaged in a personal conversation with the first employee for a few minutes. Then the first employee finally began making our drinks. After another 5-8 minutes, we received our drinks, but we had to remind them about the pastry we ordered 20 minutes earlier, which they had forgotten. While the drinks were actually very good, the overall experience felt quite strange. Additionally, the establishment was dirty and had a rough appearance, which made me question whether I should have bought anything there in the first place."

"Off the beaten path, locals restuarant. Best Stuffed pork chop i have ever had ! Beats Ruth Chris at half price. The steaks are excellent as well. If you want an exceptional Steak or Chop and not pay resort prices, this is THE place."
