Incredible subs served on warm, fresh sesame sub rolls.

I've consistently enjoyed great food and service here. I've been coming to this restaurant for more than five years.

Have been in a couple times and have tried the pizza and subs. Subs are big. Food is good and staff is always nice and wonderful

The staff is awesome from out of town working in the Rochester area and after my first visit the staff always remembers my name when I come in I eat their daily now for their good food and awesome service

Worst pizza I've ever ordered from anywhere. Paper thin and uncooked. You could see light through it since the cheese fell off and it was so soggy. Whoever made this pizza should be ashamed and fired. Absolute embarrassment. Don't waste your money! Voir le carte

This was my first visit, and I was impressed by the friendly and quick service. The bread for the subs was excellent, but I found the meat portion to be quite scarce. It costs an extra dollar for double the meat, but even then, it still felt light on meat.

We were the only people in the sub shop and it still took over 15 minutes for 2 subs. My husband got a turkey and cheese with lettuce, onions and banana peppers. With each addition the girl had to run to the cooler to get it. I got a chicken parm sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. No sauce, terrible chicken and the bread was just horrible. Worst service and worst food ever. Will never go back.

In my last three visits, the experience has been absolutely awful! I’ve lived in Gates for 24 years, and I used to enjoy the food there, especially when a man (presumably the owner) was cooking. However, the quality has taken a significant nosedive since a woman started cooking. It’s just terrible! Unfortunately, I’m considering not going back. On my last visit, she blamed the ovens for not working properly, which was frustrating to hear. Then she mentioned that “the dough was on its last legs”—I'm not quite sure what that means, but it doesn’t sound promising!
