Fantastic pizza! You really can't go wrong with the lunch special. The staff are quick and friendly, and the location is excellent.

I have been to 4 different Palio's, and this one is the best! The one closest to me in Fairview has a pungent smell of Fabuloso mopping solution, and even though I get the food to-go, they scent usually curbs my appetite. I am shocked no one else has complained about it! Aside from that though, the pizza at this Palios was excellent and cooked to perfection! The employees were also very customer oriented. I pointed out the operating hours on their website, but she acknowledged that the paper sign in the window did not reflect the most recent changes made by the owner, despite her requests for updated signage. It doesn’t really matter to the business if I choose not to return, but I believe this isn’t how a business should operate. They have already deviated from the hours they publicly advertised, and then even changed them again, placing a new sign in the window that they still failed to adhere to. I appreciate the time lost as a consumer who could have chosen to spend money elsewhere if I had known about this issue. This experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Palio's.

During my first encounter with this issue, the employee I spoke to on the phone seemed clueless about my order and claimed he couldn’t deliver the correct items, which was absurd. If a restaurant can deliver one order, they should be able to deliver another to fix their mistake. There seemed to be no effort to make it right. In my latest visit, a more pleasant employee expressed regret for the mix-up, but once again, they refused to deliver the correct order. While I was there picking it up, another staff member mentioned the mistake to the cook, who didn’t appear to care at all. Really disappointed.. Had a very bad experience here from a pizza being wrong to the woman thinking I was on mute and talking very disrespectfully about me. I had called and was able to talk to the co owner who’s name is Samaha Muhammad who originally we spoke thought he was very understanding and would do the right thing and what they said they would do and give us a refund that should have came in on Monday and said if it doesn’t to give him a call, I have called him twice now with no returned call. At this point it’s not even about the money as this location is very dishonest, customer service is awful and how are they supposed to get better if the one in charge completely lies to the cus...
