I visited this restaurant on a quiet holiday evening with a friend specifically to try the huitlacoche tacos. I really loved the decor; the Mexican-themed tables, chairs, and artwork created a great atmosphere. The food was delicious!

During my visit, I encountered several issues: there was a leak from the ceiling, garbage piled up beside the grill, crumbs scattered across the counter, and I found bones in almost every bite of my meal. However, the most concerning detail was discovering hair in my food, which really made me feel unwelcome. Overall, I would rate the food as 1 out of 5.

Heavenly handmade delights! The steak quesadilla loaded with all the toppings (lettuce, sour cream, avocado) is absolutely the way to go! Just a heads-up for introverts: you'll need to be assertive when ordering, as you might not get a "May I help you?" right away. But don’t stress too much—you can mellow your nerves with a great selection of Mexican beers while you wait. It’s definitely worth it!

A hidden gem on the island! Their steak sopes are unbeatable. The steak is cooked with delicious caramelized onions, usually served with pinto beans (my favorite), although sometimes they include black beans, which are still incredibly tasty. The authenticity of the place is impressive, and they also have a deli that sells a variety of Mexican snacks, chips, atoles, aguas frescas, tamales, and daily special dishes, along with freshly made breads and cakes.
