"I've been meaning to go try for years. Omg I wish I had. I'm an Italian NYer who grew up w amazing Italian food and pizza and yes I'm a snob. I am itching to go back after one day. Am always surprised when I see chicken parmigiana so was overly surprised at how great it was. Chicken not dry or rubber. It was like buttah. I had the chicken piccata which chances are, is never as you good as you want it. It was delicious. Beyond. So light. But so flavorful as it should be. Again the chicken was perfect. Everything obviously made to order. Veal parm easily as good. The cannoli filling was good. Maybe a little too much powdered sugar but I finished it. Just enough chocolate chips. Would definitely get it again. I didn't take any anise in the shell but that's always random. Didn't try the pizza. Next time. The oven was going. The interior is small so maybe make reservations. It's quaint and dark and perfect inside. Excellent wine selection. Anywhere from $8 glass to $200 bottle. Will be going soon!!"

This is an amazing Italian restaurant that surprisingly isn’t as busy as one would expect for a place with such excellent food and service. They offer a fantastic menu and a delightful selection of specialties.

The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. However, it wasn't very busy, yet our food took a long time to arrive, so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

We love this place. Just moved to Allen from Pennsylvania and the movers haven?t arrived yet so we can?t cook. We?ve been here 1 week and have eaten here 4 nights already. Just love it!! Great food and great prices. Staff is so nice. Voir le carte

about 40-50min realized before their closing time w/o, but we were still welcomed and service was great and prompt. the menu seems varied, good wine selection also. pizza tasted good for my preference, just something too oily. the atmosphere is relaxing and stylish. the manager came to say hi and make sure we enjoyed our eating. in any case back!

We visited Pane Vino for the first time and wow, we loved every single thing! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were all fantastic. Our server, Linda, was exceptional. We ordered the special of the night, which was sea bass with parmesan risotto, and it was outstanding! We enjoyed our meal so much that we decided to order a pizza to take home for the next day. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This time we reserved for Family party of nine, typically for various occasions and birthdays. We have enjoyed this restaurant several times. It is cozy, usually crowded, and somewhat noisy. We reserved for early midweek, and it was about half full, quieter, and as usual, very good service. There was not an automatic gratuity added to the bill We had several entrees and pizzas. They have a small menu, but well prepared, moderately priced. Collectively we have tried most of their selections, and now each of us tends to stick with our favorite items. Voir le carte

We reserved for early 5:30, midweek, and it was about half full, quieter, and as usual, very good service. There was not an automatic gratuity added to the bill. We had several entrees and 3 pizzas. With my fiancée to Pane Vino for Valentine's Day. We booked 4 days in advance for 7:15. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 and said our reservation can be filled up to 10 minutes. We waited 45 minutes before we sit outside. Luckily the weather was fair, so it didn't matter to us. Next we had to wait for 30 minutes on our appetizers and another 30-45 minutes on our main course. I ordered the pizza that was amazing, but my fiancée ordered the lasagna and it came cold. So we had to send it back and waited another 20 minutes for the new meal. The best was a waiter and the fact that our bill was calculated for most part.

"On our last night visiting our kids (we live in Michigan-they live in Texas), we chose lazy dog. There was no waiting, we were seated right away. I was truly impressed with the interior decor. The birch looking trees by the concierge lent an air of nature. The metal dog sculptures were pretty awesome. I loved the beams in the high ceiling, very cool and I am inspired to create something similar in my own home. The fireplace wall was awesome, huge and the deer head mounted on it was unique and fitting. The restaurant was clean and spacious, easy to see from the road. Our waitress was Margaret and she was very friendly, knowledgeable seemed happy to be there. She brought our drinks right away. My son enjoyed the Alaskan Halibut. He raved about how good it was. The rest of us were slightly disappointed. IMO, the lazy dog takes the usual menu offerings but puts their on twist on it. There’s nothing wrong with that, it just didn’t meet our expectations. The queso was orange cheese with a different flavor-not bad, but not what we were expecting either. My daughter got the fried chicken meal. The seasoning in the breading was, different, unusual. Four of us tried it, the only one that really enjoyed it was my son. I got the pot roast beef dip. That was good and tasty. Both I and my daughter enjoyed the sandwich. The onion rings didn’t have much taste and I found them unremarkable. Hubbs got the cheeseburger which he liked and my acquired daughter got the all American burger which she liked. The portions of food were generous, but I felt the prices were high. I’m glad we tried this restaurant, but it is not going on my “must return” or favorite lists."
