Normal papa johns, good pizza but its a chain so you already know what to expect, but the staff is really nice and friendly.

Everything I pick up in store the old man with white hair is disgustingly rude for zero reason, i've been ordering here for years but with the repeated rudeness this will be my last time.

The store location is great! They have a great team, quick. My issue is that the call center is outrageous, prices are not what they are online and they continue to ask you would you like this and this verse listening to the customer for what they actually want. It 's a constant stop and start because your call center is trying to force words/other items on your order. If they just stopped and listen maybe more items would be ordered. I 'm mad that my receipt that is sent to my email states 1 specific pizza but when I come home it 's not even the order. Need this fixed with a credit, refund

Ordered the NY Style pizza because it looked so good in commercial. Love a big foldable slice! Wish we would have gotten one. I was very generic, just like a bigger hand tossed from Pizza Hut. The toppings were sparse and had only one little pepper for an extra large pizza. The sauce is a bit sweet for me, but my husband did like the sauce. The real bummer was the dull crust. No flavor at all. Additionally, it was over $25 dollars with tip and feeds 2-3. Last pizza from Papa John 's was not good (deep dish so we gave it another try with this one. It wasn 't terrible, but it wasn 't good, just meh... Guess we 'll be sticking to local shops. Papa John 's new slogan should be, 'it 's late and w...

Very hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is so-so, and sometimes it just isn't good at all. There have been multiple times where half of our order was missing and we would have to call to get the rest delivered.. There was one instance where we received a whole box full of..sauces... Yes, sauces. When the delivery driver returned she was very confused as to how that happened (but also very apologetic) it's very frustrating that they can't double check orders before heading out for delivery and/or double check the order before handing it off to a driver.
