According to papa John delivery driver the pizza was in perfect condition and wasn't damaged at all but yet when I open the box this is what I see so far nothing was done to fix this problem

They don't deliver sodas when ordered. Don't ever pre pay with a debit or credit card. Always pay in CASH ONCE FOOD IS DELIVERED AND PROVEN EDIBLE TO EAT when ordering from PORT CHARLOTTE, FL

My phone order was not found in their system when I went to pick it up. The staff's attire was unprofessional; one employee was wearing a dirty, torn sleeveless shirt without a collar. The front desk staff had difficulty using the machine and kept tapping the screen. Overall, the place was quite dirty and in bad shape. It definitely needs to be closed down. I always have a fantastic experience whenever I order from here! The staff is consistently friendly and always eager to share the specials. Whether I opt for delivery or pick up on my way home from work, they're quick, and the pizza is always spot on. I can't overlook the cinnamon pull-apart dessert—it's simply amazing! Additionally, the General Manager is a gem with a delightful smile! Great people and the best pizza around!

It took 10 years for me to try again and I never will again. Horrible customer service from the manager and the GM. Food took an hour and half to get to us. About an hour of that time was after we received a text that it was in the car on its way. We were given different stories about why it was late, one of which being they grabbed the wrong order and had to come back. Food was lukewarm and disgusting. They refuse to give me my money back.

First time ordering from papa John's. Came recommended over our usual Dominos. Totally disappointed. Upon completing the order, delivery arrival to be 47 mins. An hour and a half later our order arrived. We ordered 2 LG pizzas. Driver said they were still warm when removing from carrier but once we opened the boxes to eat, both pizzas were lukewarm. I called to find out the status of our order only to be told the driver was on his way. No compensation, only a sorry. I will NEVER order from a papa John's again. Meatball pizza minus meatballs.
