Jose is the best! He runs this location so we'll! All the staff are generous and provide fast service!

Luis provided great customer service and when they made a mistake he made it right. Was very impressed with is professionalism. Thanks Papa Johns.

Placed an online order, then immediately called and changed time to a later time. Apparently...they made the pizzas for the original time. Pizza is stone cold. Feeling like Little Ceasars would have been better. Kinda annoyed for paying 40 for two cold pizzas.

I stood there watching an employee making pizzas, while touching his mouth and scratching his beard and immediately touching the pizza dough. I will NEVER be ordering pizza from this location! So gross! They should have gloves on at the very least and a beard net.

Do not Pretip. It took 45 minutes to deliver my pizza, I live 5 miles from the store. The driver said she delivered to magness creek before me. So she passed me, delivered TWO other orders then came back for my order. So I get cold pizza, but I already tipped so I’ll just stop ordering here. Be warned. Voir le carte

I've noticed some concerning changes at this Papa John's recently; it's become one of the worst places to get pizza. The pizzas are consistently messy, and the staff have been quite rude. I remember how great this location used to be when the Mexican manager was in charge. Please get it together, or you risk losing even more customers.

Ordered 2 extra large pizzas, and one was completely wrong. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a replacement pizza. Then asked if I could keep the messed up one, they said they threw it away. But employees were actually eating it in the back. Then saw another employee working with their baby on their hip. After all that both pizza's were cold when I got home with my order. Also there was only half cheese on my pizza's. This is the worst Papa John's ever. Guess 3rd times a charm. Never coming back and I don't recommend ever!!!

I received my order, and it was disappointing. The sauce was barely applied, there were hardly any toppings, and the crust along with the cheese sticks were overcooked. I tried calling the store but got no response. I also sent an email and received a message from the owner, Edward Wilson, stating that they wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issue. They refused to honor their promise of a quality remake or even offer a discount on my next order. It felt like they just brushed me off. The service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd suggest going to Larry's or anywhere else but here. Voir le carte
