"I always have a issue at this papa murphy's every time I get coupons that say valid in store only they just refuse to take them and say it's up to them if the decide to take them what's the point of giving out coupons if they won't take them makes nosense. And they are not nice about either an the last 2 times I have came to this store my order has been wrong. Horriblecustomer service. I would have gave 0 stars for this store if it gave me the option. Don't get me wrong there a couple nicepeople that work there as well."

This is hands down the best Papa Murphy's I've ever visited, and I've been to many, from California to Alaska. The staff is wonderful—genuine and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

It was the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa Murphy's. The combination pizza had no sauce, minimal cheese, and just three tiny pieces of bell pepper scattered across the entire pizza. I can't understand how this location stays in business. What a disappointment and a complete rip-off. Never again.

I have ordered the same Thin Crust Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza every weekend from here for over a year. I've never been dissatisfied with the food or the service. The most important thing to me as a repeat customer is that the employees here areCONSISTENT. I recommend ordering online, sometimes they can get busy.

The staff were quite rude and lacked professionalism while on the clock. One employee was shouting at her coworkers and showed up in pajamas, which I find very unprofessional. When you're working, it's important to dress appropriately and maintain a respectful environment. Because of this experience, I'll never return to Papa Murphy's in Pollock. Voir le carte

"First time and I ordered to-go. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was very bland. The dish compromised mostly of cheese that made it impossible to chew as it cooled down. The sauce was on the light side and like I mentioned very bland. The baked spaghetti was okay. Nothing very special about it. It wasn't overpowered with cheese so I thought that was nice. The spaghetti and meatball was okay as well. Nothing very fancy. The meatballs seemed factory manufactured versus handmade in-store. The pesto, sundried tomato,and garlic pizza was blah.The sundried tomato were chewy and they were whole. The pasta orders came with tasty garlic bread though, they arrived to our table crispy and crunchy in the right places. I would have liked their boneless chicken wings if they were crispy and crunchy. They did not come with ranch sadly. Night shift on a Monday night."

"Since I live here in Pollock Pines, the food places are very limited. We have a very small town full of great people but at this particular Subway there is a young lady that’s so rude. I went it one time to ask to buy a salad and asked her if I could buy just a plain 6 inch roll to go with it. She tells me that if I want the roll with no toppings (basically if I don’t want it as a sandwich) she would charge me $8 for it. WHAT? So I’m like: “are you seriously?” And she gives me a mean look, says yes and I bought nothing from them and I will NEVER go there again and I highly recommend that nobody else goes there either. Take a minute or two and go across the street to Safeway and order their deli sandwich or a nice salad from them. They also have fresh baked rolls. No matter how good the food is at a restaurant, rude service will keep me from going back. BTW the gal at Subway had blond hair, just so everyone know s who she."

"This is a really great place to meet some locals and have a great hamburger. The staff is funny, helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. We arrived on horseback from an equestrian campsite down the road Andy hey were super supportive and happy to see us! Definitely visit The Knott Hole. Great fries! Great people!"
