"Got a pizza and service was terrible. Girl named Maggie (maybe Maddie, couldn’t really see the name tag) had a terrible attitude and when I told her they forgot my salad (which happens, not usually an issue) she argued with me until I pulled the receipt out of my wallet and showed her that I in fact did order a salad that I did not receive with my pizza. I had no problem with showing the receipt; it was the attitude and hostility that was the problem. Who says “Maybe you should’ve thought to ask before leaving the store”? I had put the pizza in my car when my daughter reminded me we were missing her salad. Safe to safe I will not be coming back to this Papa Murphys. Geez."

The pizza is fantastic for a smoker cooker! Here’s a tip: it’s even better if you prepare it in a fire brick style when you’re willing to put in a little extra effort.

Recently, the service from the staff has been rather unfriendly. It seems they are not attentive to customer needs. The owner should consider providing additional training for the team.

Literally went in and the place smelled of gas, or something comparable, burning. Your poor worker in there. I think her name was Ella. I feel so bad that whoever runs this facility would make her suffer in there with that rancid smell. It could be a health issue too. Do better.
