"We ate here on a Friday night, wasn't too busy, but definitely should have been. Food and service were both amazing. My wife and I were torn between coconut shrimp and empanada apps. We were about to order shrimp, when we were recommended the empanadas. We were told they were her great grandmas recipe. We followed recommendation and they were amazing. Love the empanadas and salsa they came with. For an entree we shared the ribeye steak special with blue cheese and a bourbon glaze. When glaze was paired with blue cheese it was excellence. Glaze was not to sweet and was a perfect pairI also ordered a guava mimosa that was excellent too. All around a great dining experience, excellently cooked steak and food. I can't recommend enough for a low-key, casual restaurant, with food that out deos any of their neighbors."

We came here to celebrate a birthday. It was a simple but perfect place. The food was amazing and we all loved what we got! Our server was so nice and they accommodated my dairy allergy! Great place can’t wait to return!Dietary restrictions: I informed them of my dairy allergy and they made some changes to a dish I wanted so it was safe for me! So yummy!

Cool spot with good people and a great vibe. The food was good. I ordered the meatloaf; I don?t like meatloaf, but it?s on the menu so I thought it would change my mind. It didn?t, but I can see why people would like it. The glaze on it was good so Iscraped it off onto my mashed potatoes. The garlic green beans were really good. The famous calamari was also really good. Voir le carte

Went to celebrate neighbors 95th birthday. He had Cioppino which he enjoyed, which came out with M’s flatbread pizza. The other three of us ordered lamb, ribeye and pork chops which came five minutes later. We were all disappointed.Ribeye and hubs lamb were not seasoned at all.On top of that , no complimentary chocolate cake for birthday friend of 95 years! We won’t ever go back

We visited this restaurant for the first time for dinner, because we had tried to get reservations at some of the other Paseo Robles restaurants and could not get one. This place was great! My husband is a fuzzy eater and was afraid he could not find anything to eat. Every request he made they modified the food to meet his needs. He was so happy with the final meal. Our friends loved the seafood pasta and salad with scallops. I had the delicious ribs.We are glad we found this place! Voir le carte

Last week, my family went to this restaurant for dinner. Although there were a lots tables available, they gave us a high table right in front of the restroom. Unfortunately, my child couldn't even reach the floor. When I asked for a different table, they informed us that all the other tables with better seating were reserved. To make matters worse, we had to endure the unpleasant odor coming from the restroom while eating our steak. It was a disappointing experience that will be hard to forget for a long time.

We were headed to Paso Robles Mid-State Fair to see John Fogerty 7/29. We were looking for a great place to eat. We checked out the town and saw Pappy McGregors and it looked lively and they had some open tables inside and out. I called to see if we neededreservations. Nope, come on over and in 2 minutes we had a table. We also made it in time for happy hour, and we ordered PretzelFondue. It was amazing! We ordered fish tacos, a pappy burger and they were amazing , the service was fast, friendly. Ice coldbeers to top it off, clean, fresh and a lively-upbeat eatery. We will be back!! The concert was Fantastic!

"I guess I'm a little old school if I get a good meal at a good price with decent service, that's my minimum expectation ..... so, I try to balance price and quality We come to Paso Robles several times a year with friends. We had the pleasure of dining at Thomas Hill Organics during restaurant month they rotated weekly a fixed price meal special from their chefs. The menus looked great and the price pretty reasonable for three courses salad, entree, dessert (approx $50). To be honest, the regular menu might or might not have swayed us to come (since there are so many other choices in Paso), but the special dinner definitely made up our minds, The food was visually appealing and delicious with small touches the lovely carrot garnish on the fish and toothsome sherry sauce on the gnocchi (working from memory here and yes, I should have written this review sooner Both the salad and tart were a cut above an ordinary green salad and cake the ingredients fresh, tasty and harmonious. All things considered, we felt that we had a delicious meal that was above the ordinary at a very fair price. Portions were just right not too little and not too much. I hope THO continues with a prix fixe option since we travel with friends, it makes it a lot easier to split the bill as well as providing us something special to look forward to. As for service: the kitchen seemed a little slow, but the server was attentive enough to let us know that we had not been forgotten. That's all we ask is to not feel like we are being ignored. Staff were properly masked and dressed sharply and that also gave us a feeling of relaxed elegance. The server did not balk at handling separate checks (sometimes the best way to keep good friendships ! by allowing everyone freedom to order what they want). Although this was our first visit, we were made to feel like we were appreciated. I know that the owner reads these reviews (thank you so this is my chance to say honestly: please continue with a monthly or weekly special (monthly is fine for us at a reasonable price. I think that would make THO our go-to place when in Paso !!"

"We walked in at 6:15 on a Wednesday without reservations and after being let through the green velvet rope, we were seated at the table closest to the door which seemed odd since there were only 2 other people in the restaurant in the dining room. There were more people in the bar. As the sun set, the light was challenging in this particular spot and I felt like I needed my sunglasses. Our server Michelle was very friendly and after we told her that while we understood the dishes were served family style, that because one of us was vegetarian and the other not, we weren’t sure how to make sure only one of us was eating while we waited for the other dish. She accommodated us and everything was served at once.I missed the memo that this was mostly a cocktail bar and was disappointed in the wines by the glass option. One house white, one house red, and one house rose. I should have had a cocktail. The food was good. I had the butter chicken and while the sauce was good, it was thin and the chicken seemed boiled. It would have been fantastic without the chicken and with carrots, onions, potatoes, chickpeas, and cauliflower. My dining partner had the broccolini with chickpea spread and tomatoes and the green bean salad. Both were good but we loved the ranch dressing with the green beans, frisée, and the goat cheese.I’d go back and try a cocktail and a few other things on the menu.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian lasagne, salads"
