The food was luke warm and not very good. Not crazy about the ambiance. Don’t understand the restaurant decor.. it’s all over the place.

The service at this restaurant was subpar. We ordered drinks, but they were never delivered, yet they still showed up on the bill. Before settling the bill, we made sure everything was accurate. To our dismay, our credit card was charged twice. To put it mildly, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Unfortunately, we were unusable to dinnate! the entire restaurant was occupied by a Christmas celebration. there were no tables available. we sat at the bar and heard talking and drawing, no music! the restaurant should have made us aware of the situation when booking our reservations! not happy if we have to go to another restaurant without reservations and had to wait for an available table on a busy Friday night! I've been to Patrona twice before, for lunch and with a large group for a bday dinner. This time I went for a date night and my boyfriend and I loved it. I love the ambiance and decor and that it wasn't too packed for a Friday night. The view of the NYC skyline is also beautiful. Food came out quickly. Appetizer was delicious, we ordered the arepas. I had the salmon maracuya, which was also delicious and my boyfriend had the lomo, which he loved. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

a mistake in the beverage order would not have been a problem, but the time to replace it was much longer than it should sit in an almost empty restaurant. the tapas were excellent, but one of our most important courses, a bronzino, was fried instead of grilled, although we were twice insured that it was really grilled. we would have tolerated all this up to the gap and come back, but then to make a bill with a 20% size built for only three people took this restaurant from our let's go back list.

The place is fantastic; I love the city view and the decor. The food was excellent as well. However, the service was disappointing. It started with valet parking—there was only one attendant on a busy Saturday night, and we waited about 40 minutes in line to park our car. I will definitely take an Uber next time. Once we got inside, there was no hostess present, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us. When we mentioned this to the bartender, she found it amusing, but we were all just frustrated. A party of two who had come in their own car ended up leaving, as they were in line behind us and waited almost an hour without being seated. Voir le carte
