our server was amazing. the food was delicious and the oysters were fresh.

Our wait to be seated was very short. We started with a dozen oysters, which were excellent. Then we had the cioppino, it was just excellent. Our server was very prompt and courteous.

Pearl is a nice restaurant. The food is delicious. My only complaint was the noise level. We had to practically yell to have a conversation. Will try to go again, but not on a Friday evening. Voir le carte

The Pearl Tavern has thee best HH menu, The items available have been cooked to perfection. Drinks are on point also.......oh and the hostesses are a delight every time I visit. They’ve hired a really good crew....the entire staff make the dining experience just that much more pleasant.... the best part is the FOOD!

Husband ordered blackened tuna with rice and had to send it back 2x before it came out right. First time it wasn’t blackened and no rice. Second time there was rice but still not blackened. Same piece of fish came back each time with the final time just with extra seasoning. Wasn’t impressed like past visits. Ambience also felt more casual than past visits.

The food at Pearl Tavern is very, very good. I do have one issue with the restaurant which is the noise level. Every time I've eaten there, the music is up way too loud so the wait staff almost has to shout as well as everyone dining. We've found this to be a problem in many new/newly renovated restaurant spaces. Maybe add something to the décor that would absorb the noise would help. Voir le carte

large eating, although a little loud, menu is expensive, but the fish is fresh, and that is why the price, the forelle, walleye and squid was very fresh, no fishy smell, oysters were on place. It is really nice to have a great fishing spot here in the middle west. my next venture will be the maryland crab cakes and soon. reservations is very easy by 'open table'... try it 'll love the fresh of the fish. service was very good, drinks were nice and squirting. five stars

We stopped in for an early light dinner. We shared an order of calamari and found it to be mostly chewy not tender but not terrible. Below average. My wife had clam chowder and I had their gumbo. She found the chowder lacking clams and the taste was mediocre. The gumbo base was bland and lacking any cajun resemblance. They did comp the chowder and gumbo and offered to substitute something else but we declined and paid for drinks and calamari. Prices were surprisingly high for this area also. I wont reccomend this place but try it. You may have different tastes and the service was good though we did think it was a bit loud.

Beautiful atmosphere but food preparation was both a surprise and disappointment. The plate looked well prepared but the result was not the same. Our party had four different meals. The pretzel crusted trout was the most catastrophic. The fish had multiple areas riddled with bones you simply could not see until you had a forkful in your mouth. The potatoes would have been fabulous but were made with skin on and unwashed. I had both a small mud clod and rock in mine that resulted in a trip to the dentist. One of our group had the tavern boil. The corn was not fully cooked, extremely hard, and the main spice was red pepper..so heat was great but no other real flavor or seasoning. One of our pa...
