Peking House - Carte

I order some boneless spare ribs well done. They were delish! The chicken fingers and fried rice were good too!

I wanted a Chinese take out near Columbia and found Peking House. Food is quite tasty, not bland. I've only done take out, but have never been disappointed.

Great food and very lovely staff! I would come here all the time if I could. 10/10 recommend the crab rangoon its definitely my favorite thing to get there but theres tones of other really great options!

This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant! The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. The service is outstanding. The buffet items are well-maintained and always kept at the perfect temperature. While the interior could use a few updates and some new plants, it’s still a lovely and cozy spot to dine, with great service hours.

This is a straightforward buffet with a nice variety of dishes. The soup is outstanding and the broth is particularly tasty. The buffet is well-maintained and consistently cleaned while we dine, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is neat and orderly. Have ordered form here before and food was fine, this time 12/17/22 it's oblivious the quality of the food has gone downhill, ordered 8 fried chicken wings and they appeared to have a breading on them which I don't recall them having before, also ordered Singapore Mei fun which I have in the past and this time it basically had no flavor, I don't think I'll be ordering for here again.

I really appreciate this place, especially these days, when prices have gone up like crazy. You can go in here and for a flat rate, you can fill a box with your favorite items from the Buffet. The other non-buffet restaurants around here were already overpriced to begin with, and now they pushed their prices up even more. I generally just get my Chinese food from Hartford. It’s the same food, if not better, with more options, but way more reasonable pricing. If I do buy food in town, though, I’m either dining in buffet style or getting a to-go box from this place. They have my business. Beware: there’s a woman who will charge you extra if she thinks your box is too full.

I’m giving this restaurant a five-star rating because I want to support them without dragging down their average with a four-star review. I truly appreciate this establishment, especially given the way prices have skyrocketed lately. Here, you can enjoy a great deal by filling a box with your favorite items from the buffet at a reasonable price. The other non-buffet restaurants in the area have become prohibitively expensive, and I find myself opting for Chinese food from Hartford instead, where the quality is just as good, if not better, with more options at much better prices.
