"The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. It may have been because we visited on a holiday, but the customer service was professional and courteous. The restaurant itself was very clean and the decor was ideal for a romantic date. As for the food... it was average. While all the dishes we ordered were decent, there seemed to be a lack of depth in flavor overall. The dishes looked appealing but we found that some flavors were missing and lacked heat. Some of the dishes were also lukewarm, possibly due to the busy atmosphere. The prices were reasonable, making this a place that anyone can afford if they are looking for Instagram-worthy and affordable options. In general, it was an okay restaurant experience."

Server was a bit over the top, not able to read the table. Food was not up to what we expect at a PF Changs Voir le carte

This restaurant was extremely disappointing. All of our dishes arrived lukewarm to cold, leaving us with the impression that they were not fresh. Considering the high prices, this should not have occurred.

Very good haven’t been for a while so it was good to reconnect with the place and the menu. Like many places the service was slower than in the past. but food was very good. Plan for a longer overall meal experience and you won’t be disappointed!

Worst service ever. No one acknowledged us after we were seated to give us water or take our order. After 10-15min we finally had to ask the hostess for help. Another waiter said he would be right over to help. He took our order. Someone else delivered our food, which we assume was our waiter, but no clue because he never checked on us during the meal, nor was available to pay our bill. We had to go again to the hostess to ask to pay our bill. Voir le carte

My friends and I had a great time! However, the hostess when we got there, we asked to sit in a different than where she originally sat us. She was not pleasant after we asked. She had a bad attitude, made us and other wait longer than we should’ve and just stood at the hostess station not helping anyone. We didn’t mean to offend her, we just didn’t want to sit in an area where it was cold! Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

"Last night I experienced the most unscrupulous experience I have ever had with a restaurant with the service at the Wok. I am so offended by their actions; I can say we are honestly done with visiting the restaurant in the future. I’ll start with we have been getting dinner on our way out of town every month or so from the Wok for years. Their food is generally very good, but we have had a few times where the food missed the mark. Everyone has an off day so we keep going back, until last night. Their online ordering did not work, so my wife called in an order while I was driving through Reno and I stopped by to pick it up. There was a little confusion when I arrived as they ahad three to go orders on the counter. It seemed they worked everything out and I paid for the order and left to head home. Twelve minutes later I get a call. It’s the Wok and they tell me they had given me the wrong order and asked if I could return. The employee apologized profusely and since we wanted what we ordered, I went back. I arrived at the restaurant and took the order they had provided back in and they checked the bags. The cashier told me she charged me the wrong amount as she had rung up the wrong order. I asked what the difference was (first bill was $63.00 for four entrees and some potstickers) and was told the new total was $94.00. The last order we had was for the same items and was just under $70, so $94 was a shock. The cashier told me she had told my wife the wrong amount and apologized. She also offered a $10 discount. I paid the bill and said I would wait for our food. Much to my shock, I watched them empty the items they had given me, place it on the counter and everything was what we ordered. One entrée had spilled when they took it out and they quickly put it in another bag and then with a big smile handed me the items I already had. I said, “so my order was correct but the amount you charged was wrong?” I asked why did you lied to me to get me to come back. I was told that I would not have paid if they did not lie about why I needed to come back. I was incredulous and decided the best thing to do was to just leave. So, 35 minutes after I left the first time, I was on my way again. Once I got home, II asked my wife what the total was that they provided when she called in the order. She said they specifically told her they did not have a total and I would provide that to me when I picked up the food. Yet another lie. I tallied up my items and came up with a total of $68.75, certainly less than what I originally paid, but clearly not the $94.00 they tried to charge. So tonight, I called and ordered the same items and was told the order would be $76.57, yet a different amount. I promptly told them no thank you. Most restaurants would honor their mistake. With that said, if they called and told me I paid the wrong amount, I would have made it right. But instead, they lied to me, clearly tried to overcharge me and then gave me a discount that was still more than the price for the same food 24 hours later. Their actions were inappropriate, uncalled for and unscrupulous. Over the last year, we visited this restaurant 10 times, but last night was the last time they get any business from us."
