"We ordered bowls of soup first. then appetizers, then meals. minutes later we received the appetizers didnât get the soup as I insisted to get soup first so I canceled one soup minutes later waitress told me they are making new soup!so I canceled the second soup, another one whole hour until we started receiving our meals which half of them were barely worm,I think they were sitting in the kitchen for a while then one of the meals took it another minutes to get to the table, our waitress was no where to be found most of the time also we had ordered an Asian Caesar salad my nephew reminded me about after we received our meals when I mentioned that to the waitress she said âsorryâ. This wasnât the first bad experience we and some of our friends had there the past years we have had similar experiences but gave them the benefit of the doubt as to maybe theyâre short handed or so forth but I think this particular branch has a very poor management that resulted to having this inexperienced waitress and others. It was a very bad experience. the restaurant wasnât full I think tables were occupied so why is the delay why is the bad service and carelessness of the waitress. This was our last time to dine there."

The host team was very disorganized. They weren’t very friendly and they didn’t see my reservation. It seemed like we were forgotten and were seated only when I asked about our table.

The atmosphere is always great and our waiter, Joe was outstanding! He was funny and engaging. I ordered Mongolian beef extra spicy. The beef was a bit crispy around the edges. Overall, a nice visit.

I was informed by the host that P.F. Chang’s doesn’t use Open Table, and we’d have to be placed in waiting. Several others with open table reservations were told the same thing. The food and drinks were great! Our waiter was also just as great!!

I made an reservation at 2030 and we were seated at 2042 which was great but we didn’t get our food until 2200… it was Valentine’s Day but the wait time for the food was ridiculous.. the manager apologized and he did comp half our bill.. so I will return Voir le carte

We haven't dined at this restaurant in a while. The interior appears tired, with sticky and worn table varnish. The waiter was not very attentive. The food was average and overpriced. They were seating all guests near the kitchen door, making it feel cramped in a restaurant that was only one-third full. It used to be a great place to eat, but now it's just average at best.

This was the worst meal and experience I have ever had at a P.F. Chang's. Our waitress seemed to be under the influence of drugs, as she was completely out of it. The cocktails we ordered were terrible, and even after getting them remade, they were barely drinkable. My husband ordered shrimp but received chicken instead. My Pad Thai had no sauce and lacked flavor. When I asked the waitress about it, she mentioned that it didn't come with sauce, which was not the case at any other P.F. Chang's that I have visited. With only about 8 tables occupied at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, I doubt this location will remain open for long. We will not be returning.
