This location is in need of a major overhaul. It appears run down these days. The service is always very slow moving all the while the restaurant was less than busy. We will not return.

Had reservations for 7:30 and were seated promptly which was very nice considering many places don't seat you in a timely fashion. Service was good, food was good but a little pricey but given the current economy, that is commonplace pretty much everywhere.

It was a lovely evening and our reservation enabled us to be seated upon entering the restaurant. The waiter was excellent however the bar and kitchen staff were extremely slow in delivering drinks and food over an hour for entrees. The food was good. It was very noisy in the restaurant. Asked to be seated away from the restrooms and the front when I made reservations on Open Table, we were seated in the front near the restrooms. We were told that our details weren't on the reservation. Didn't do anything to try and remedy the problem. Front desk people weren't very helpful. Ordered the Kung Pao Dragon Roll, didn't come out smoked, sent it back, they fixed it. Great Wall of Chocolate was dry as a brick. Restaurant was very loud and we could not hear the conversations at our table.

Visited this location for my wife's birthday with family the service was slow and portions of food claim to be family style enough for four people and the actual portion was enough for one person. I would not recommend PF Chang's to anyone . I've been to better china bistro restaurants in the Pittsburgh area . The lighting in the restaurant was dark and not pleasing . All other tables were served before ours and we did not receive half our sides of fried rice and we did not receive the rice the rest of the meal .

Open Table was a horrible experience, as trying to make a reservation using points would not let me even find the restaurant, then once I called the restaurant it started to work. Was making a reservation for 31 JAN 24, but the Open Table System ran it as 07 FEB 24, and the restaurant was seeing the same thing as I was. Tried to modify the reservation, but it would only let me do the time, so the restaurant held us a spot, and once we got there, and the modifications had not gone through, we made a new reservation, without using points, and that worked. Tried to use the Gift Card that Open Table had sent me, and the restaurant tried four times, but it too would not work !!! Great dinner, and... Voir le carte
