"What a horrible visit. From the moment we came in, until the moment we left an hour and forty-five minutes later, it was awful. Things that happened while on this visit: Dirty dishes. We were brought our tea with dirty cups. very dirty, not like a little spot. The waitress took our appetizer order. She then took our food order. about 30 minutes later, nothing had come to the table yet. Finally, the appetizer arrived. She assured us our food was on the way . She refilled our water, and in doing so spilled one all over the table and down my leg. She said she would be right back to clean up the spill but did not return. thirty more minutes go by, and she comes over with egg drop soup, which we did not order, and says I 'm so sorry. They are rushing your order right now. fifteen minutes later, she brings the food (we ordered the honey crispy chicken and the honey crispy shrimp). What she delivered was kung pao dishes. I asked what it was and reminded her what we ordered, and she said she would have them make us the right dishes, but at this time I said no, we would eat what she brought. At no time did a manager, or anyone check in with us. She did have the entrees removed from the bill, without me asking, but the trip was two hours, I left feeling awful about the experience, and with a still damp lag and shoe. awful."

We have enjoyed several of their amazing appetizers (which are quite large, by the way!) during our relocation. The service was excellent!

Staff celebration on Mother's Day. Hard to find a place that was open and not at capacity, but this worked. Food was good, service was better.

The lighting at the tables felt more like an interrogation than a dining experience. The steamed vegetable entrée was essentially raw and lacked any sauce. The Mongolian beef was quite tough as well. Voir le carte

the service was slow. they were from objects on the menu, and they were from serviettes. we had to ask for our funeral when the food was taken and then wait to get it. So our food was before us without having to eat it.

Our waiter Zach went above and beyond! He learned that it was my son's graduation, and even though most restaurants were fully booked, PF Chang in Syracuse gave us a delightful surprise. Zach surprised my son with a special bottle candle that lit up a sparkly chocolate cake with ice cream. He was incredibly attentive—truly the best waiter any restaurant could hope for.
