"I think this place is one of the best places to get pho in the desert. I mean sure, “in the desert” isn’t saying much but they really do have some great food. I’d highly recommend the Pho trio for a first timer (if they eat beef) but they also have chicken too. I recently took a friend here and he had the chicken and said it was great. I asked him if he would eat this dish again and he said yes. He had never eaten pho before. I was glad to take him here because I knew the food would be good. Staff is friendly, prices are very competitive compared to some other places I have seen nearby, portions are great, options/ variety of food are pretty good and flavor is excellent. Only a couple of drawbacks about this place is that sometimes it can get rather full (because it’s good and people like to go here) and the available seating can sometime be very limited or nonexistent. Parking is the same. Also, no fault of this restaurant but the Amazon parking lot is kind of annoying if you enter from balsam road. Exiting this parking lot can also be a bit annoying too depending on where in the lot you are parked."

Economical prices $5-$12), friendly service, the waitress solicitously wiped down the chair and table for me without my asking, the food was delicious. Voir le carte

Delicious pho sumo with a lot of meat, flavorful broth, and such a good price. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

The pictures say it all. I recommend the #3 shrimp plate with extra shrimp, or you can try #3 with chicken instead. No sauce; the flavors are simply amazing. I really miss the option to sit inside.

Pho Kobe offers the best pho in the High Desert. It's the only place I go for pho because it's affordable, consistently fresh, and packed with flavor. The staff is always friendly and diligent. While the dining area isn’t always the cleanest for eating in, I prefer to order takeout, and it always tastes just as delicious!

We love coming here for the Beef and Chicken Pho bowls; they are excellent and come with all the right sides like bean sprouts, chili, basil, and chopsticks. They pack the broth separately from everything else, so it stays nice and hot when we get home. The Thai tea with boba, egg rolls, and tofu dishes are also fantastic. It's usually busy, so we like to call ahead for pickup.

"Miguel's used to be a place my family loved to visit. The brunch was always awesome and the taco Tuesday was awesome and fajita Thursday was divine. The past 4 visits this year haven't been so great. I dislike having to speak in a negative way towards places that I thought liked me as well as I loved to dine in. First time this year when I saw a change was when I had gotten the fajitas and my rice was so hard I had gotten a rice grain lodged in between 2 teeth and had to fight to get the grain out. When I notified the owner Miguel about the problem he didn't seem to happy to replace my rice. Confused by his expression I over looked the reaction. Second experience was when I took a group of friends in to dine and no one was friendly and I had just spoken highly on the restaurant. Victor was out waiter and we had to send the soup back 3 times for being cold and then the 4th time I said make it to go. Third experience was on my birthday nothing special was said it done and I know in the past they sing and bring a dessert. My nachos was cold but I didn't even complain this time just said forget it. The margaritas were terrible and I didn't want to mention it to Miguel since he seemed uptight the last 2 times. But my fourth experience was just 5 5 22 no Cinco de Mayo celebrating it nothing. I find out Victor had quit. Miguel seemed distant as usual in my past 4 visits. Miguel has always come over and had nice things to say and welcome you in a warm fashion. Well I don't know what this covid has done to people. On my 4th visit he walked right past me and never said a word. He never spoke to my family that was seated inside. I've been a paying customer since the restaurant opened. I feel customers is how you make your money and should always be appreciated. I remember Miguel when he worked at a restaurant before owning one. My family has chosen to dine elsewhere. My brother experienced cold soup on this 4th visit, the margaritas was delicious because of the lovely waitress Sofia Sophia not sure on spelling. She was why I gave the restaurant a 2 star . Otherwise they would get a 0. I would of liked to give a higher star just for Sofia. She was amazing. Sofia is given a 5 star rating. Sorry won't be dining at Miguel's any more."
