Raggedy presentation, my cup of soup was half full. The food was okay. However I did get a chance to speak with the manager, and she went out of her way to make things better. I went back for a different meal, and it was perfect.

We normally love pita jungle. We order from them regularly. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience as of lately. Tonight ordering we came home to find our items not cooked fully. We then called and went back to pick up a new order. Once we got home they were the same, not cooked. We asked the staff there and the said ?well that?s the way it is? not impressed with the food or service! We ordered the cauliflower baked and coated we received practically raw cauliflower. How do you raise prices without raising prices? Charge the same amount for smaller portions. Pita Jungle?s large hummus used to be served in an entree sized plastic container when you ordered it for take out. Pictured is what I received tonight (next to the gyro bowl which cost only a dollar more). That?s right. For almost 9 bucks you too can overpay for 2/3 of a cup of hummus. What a scam. When I complained I was told they changed containers. That?s not all they changed. I?m leaving a one star review in the hopes no one else gets scammed into ordering the ?large? hummus.

IS THIS A JOKE?! I definitely won?t be coming back to this location. I can?t believe I just spent $45 on a to go order and left a tip for my cold chicken meal and not to mention the veggies and soup we ordered are literally half empty in the container and look like someone?s left overs. We waited 20 minutes for our food and it still wasn?t ready when we arrived. Yet our food is cold and containers half empty. Unbelievable! I?ve never had such a bad experience at any other pita jungle in my life. Next time I will make the drive to go to a different location. Don?t waste your money here.

I called in an order at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. The place was not busy at all, only three tables with individuals eating. I ordered just two gyros. Not a hard order. Arrived 15 min later and waited another 20 for my take out. Looked like plenty of staff available as they were walking around joking and laughing with each other. Saw at least five different employees come from the kitchen area. Got my gyros home, unwrapped and was definitely disappointed. Have eaten at the Scottsdale location many times and always satisfied and the portions generous. I won?t go to this location again. Yes that?s the tiny tomato slice on each. Voir le carte
