The pizza was delicious. During our journey through Idaho, we decided to stop at this restaurant. We ordered our pizza to go and enjoyed it at Storybook Park, which was just a short distance away. I find it quite worrisome that they are unable to deliver nine pizzas and cannot give me a clear estimate of their delivery range. While they stated they can deliver up to 5 miles, they seemed uncertain about going beyond one mile. Because of this ambiguity and lack of clarity, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Pizza Hut serves the best Buffalo medium wings and chicken Alfredo! The manager, Sam, is exceptional, and Joe and Kevin are always welcoming and helpful. My meals are usually ready in just about 10 minutes. They remember us by name and know our orders, making us feel like cherished regulars. Thank you all for your unwavering great service! We went out of our way to visit the Pizza Hut in Burley. When I arrived, the staff told me to pick a table if we wanted to eat in. After waiting 15 minutes with no service, we decided to leave. I thanked the staff at the counter sarcastically, mentioning that we had been waiting for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us after being told to sit down. The only response I got was a blank stare—no apology, no acknowledgment, and certainly no service. For full context, it was just after 9 p.m., with only one other group of about eight people in the restaurant besides my boys and me.
