The delivery service was really bad! I understand the need for contactless delivery, but it's unacceptable to leave someone’s food on the ground where pests can get to it. Come on, you can do better! I dined at this restaurant on December 6th and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Joseph. His kindness and enthusiasm truly stood out. When one of our pizzas was prepared incorrectly, he promptly resolved the issue without any hassle. It's rare to experience such excellent customer service in the food industry nowadays. Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a large pizza, but it arrived completely cheese-less! When I tried to sort it out, I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes, which is totally unacceptable. I'm really disappointed! I had to call back three times, only to get disconnected each time. When I finally asked to speak to the manager, I was once again left on hold for over ten minutes, and then they hung up on me! I will never go back to this restaurant.
