The pizza was terrible,It tasted stall, especially the next day.

Ordered a pizza for delivery never got it delivered and they won’t answer the phone who ever the manager is needs to find better workers

What happened to Pizza Hut? I spent $50 on a large pizza and 12 wings, and it just wasn’t worth it. While the wings had a decent flavor, the overall experience didn't justify the price. The pizza was disappointing – too much bread and sauce. Just so you know, it doesn’t look like what you see in the photos! If you're looking for advice, go for Domino's instead. Voir le carte

The man at the counter didn't seem to know what a Hawaiian pizza was, couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. Gave me a pan when I asked for a deep dish pizza. While waiting for my pizza I saw him and another coworker talk about how someone was still on hold and one of them promptly hung up and them and laughed about it. Save yourself some trouble and don't go here.

I placed an online order for a pizza and cheese sticks tonight and paid through the app. When I arrived, I was informed they had run out of cheese sticks and that a refund wasn’t possible. Instead, I was offered a drink as a substitute, which didn't match the value of the cheese sticks. To top it off, the employee was on a phone call using her AirPods the entire time. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

This place needs to close! My husband went in and ordered a pizza because once again online ordering was not available. Got home and got settled. The pizza had marinara sauce versus the garlic Parmesan sauce he asked for. We tried several times to contact them. The first time somebody picked up the phone and hung it up. The next three times I called, somebody finally answered and placed me on hold to never come back. I tried calling a few more times to not get an answer. I don’t live close to this establishment. I strongly advise against using a debit card at this restaurant. My order totaled $15.32, but they charged me $18.38 twice, and then the correct amount of $15.32 the next day. The double charge of $18.38 didn’t show up in their records, so they claimed they couldn't issue a refund, even though it was reflected in my bank account. I noticed the mistake while I was there and was promised a refund that never came. I spoke to a representative twice, who asked me to be patient. When I called their hotline, they promised to return my call within 1-3 business days, but I never heard back. After seeing local complaints about similar issues, I contacted my bank, which informed me that the restaurant...

Mind you last week, I called to ask to make sure that they were open, because sometimes they aren't and was hung up on, but that's neither here nor there.I ordered my pizza and clicked the button for curbside delivery because my ankle was broken. I waited 45 mins to make sure that my pizza would be ready when I arrived. I clicked on the button stating that I had arrived, while turning into the parking lot. I parked directly in front of the store, so that I could see everything that was going on. There was 1 female who was actually working and I could see group of, maybe 4 people standing in the back of the store. 15 mins pass, so I call, no one answers. By now, 4 customers have come and gone...

I received undesirable food, I tried not to complain so I brought the pizza home and put it in the oven to make it close to edible but then I placed another order, same day and I just had to return the pizza, the crust had burnt cheese all around it and it was very thin crust to say I order hand tossed crust, it was skimpy on cheese in the middle which caused it to dry out during baking but the manager said it dried out waiting in the warmer, no way!
