"Never had our drinks refilled. No tomatoes on our chicken ranch feast. Service was underwhelming. Order taker didn't understand our order and asked me twice in addition to our daughter and her friends ordering. Was told there person taking the order was new. Our server wasn't friendly at all. Food was okay. Paid over $60 for poor service and mediocre food. The manager was friendly. Only highlight at this place. Also had to ask for a box for our leftover pizza, since the girls wanted to take it with us. And had to ask for the bill. In addition to asking, we had to ask for parmesan and hot pepper flakes for our pizza. Also had to ask for extra napkins. Won't be back. We will drive to Decatur next time."

"I would do zero stars if it were for the fact the girl at the window was very apologetic for what had been just rudely told to me. I understand as a manager that you need to have things done a certain way but to come to the customer and inform them they need to listen to you next time is uncalled for. I came in with my little brother and we were doing 2 separate orders and they told me I would have to drive all the way around the building to make a second order. there was absolutely nobody else around in line or at the other window. so I backed up and went back to the window. they took my second order and I went to pay BOTH orders and get our food when the manager came to the window and rudely told me that I needed to go all the way around next time. and as I was talking to her she walked away. if it werent for the girl working at the window trying to apologize to me i would say this would have made this situation way worse. I feel bad for the factories that have there lunch and this is the only place there is to go to like my husbands work. if they wanted to carpool then they couldn't simply because they each would have to go around the building to do a different order in the car or all pay a bill together. she wants to say it causes orders to be messed up but how is that me as the customers fault that they cant make sure they are doing things correctly? I wish I could have gotten the names of the manager and the nice worker that was apologizing. but just know you can't do two orders if you want to make sure you drive around the whole building for the second order."

"We really enjoy this restaurant, especially for their fantastic tenderloin. We usually order the jumbo size and take half of it home for lunch the next day. It comes with cheese, lettuce, and tomato, but we opt for pickles and onions instead. The fries are consistently hot and crispy. The husband-and-wife team running the place is efficient, though they aren't overly friendly. The restaurant is always kept very clean. After our first visit, I discovered to save some room for dessert because they offer delicious soft serve ice cream—vanilla, chocolate, or swirl. While they have an impressive selection of ice cream flavors, we haven't tried them all yet. They also have several homemade cake slices available if you prefer cake with your ice cream. One unusual request from the owners is that you only fill your fountain drink once. This is a bit odd, but they do offer a nice selection of canned sodas, including zero-sugar options. We always look forward to our next visit, and maybe one day we will try something besides the tenderloins!"

"I always enjoy the freshest food at this restaurant. For takeout dinners, you can't go wrong with the price, which is around $10–20 per person. I'd rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, and the service is equally impressive, also a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere gets a perfect score of 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Meatball Marinara and the Coca-Cola Classic!"

"I give this place 5 stars for cleanliness. The place smells clean when you walk in and the restrooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and check on you often. Why then, you may ask, am I only giving it 2 stars? The food. After all, that is why you come here. The chips are overcook to the point of having a burnt flavor. I ordered a Grilled Shrimp Salad. What I got was an entire plate full of shredded iceberg lettuce with a handful of what looked to be the peppers and onions for the fajitas thrown on top. The grilled shrimp was cooked in so much grease that they were dripping and all you could taste was the cooking oil. The taco meat in the taco was ground and reground so finely that it was almost paste and it had no seasoning or flavor. It is a shame that they don 't know how to cook and that they have such poor quality food. Oh, and don 't order the tamales. Although it is listed no less than 4 places on the menu as an entree, I was told they no longer sell tamales. How hard is it to cross it off the menu if you no longer offer it???"
