"Amazing pizza spot! First and foremost, the pizza has a light, airy crust that is cooked to perfection. The sauce is well-seasoned and there's plenty of cheese! The buffalo chicken salad is one of the best I've ever tasted. They also offer a variety of delicious dishes and homemade desserts. The restaurant is well-kept and provides a cozy dining atmosphere, although there are only a few tables available. Make sure to check out the lovely seating area in front of the fireplace. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making this a memorable stop on our journey!"

This restaurant serves the best pizza in town! It's incredibly fresh and delicious. They are open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM, offering breakfast as well, except on Sundays.

Great family run pizza joint! We have to eat here each time we are in Stowe. No ski trip is complete for my son without the Kansas City special. We are from NYC, so know a thing or two about pizza and believe me this is great stuff with all fresh ingredients.

Spotted this place on the way to a hike, and stopped in for lunch afterwords. The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced, quick service, and maybe we were just really hungry from the activity but we were very satisfied. Might end up going back again before we leave.

Apparently I gave the Pizza Joint a few weeks ago ignorant of the 3 stars that don't get any further from what I feel. I've been eating here for years. You are great, the food is consistent and the staff is friendly. I love the pizza, muffleata and buffalo chicken salad. They also have big coffee and pastries in the morning. Voir le carte

Excellent Poconos pizza (yum yum) and Italian sausage sub. I ate everything! The prices were very reasonable too. This is a local's place, the employees knew a lot of the customers. I was able to sit outside with my at a tree shaded picnic table, which is a major plus for pet owners who don't want to leave their pets in the hot car. Thanks!!

The best pizza and subs in Stowe. Everything is made from scratch, the daily specials are amazing and this is a perfect place to stop if you are traveling the back-way via Moscow to Stowe mountain. You can pick up a hearty breakfast sandwich or burrito in the morning or grab a pizza when your heading back. If you order to go it is best to call in advance. 5 Stars

I had a lovely dinner while staying in Stowe, and I must say, the pizza and garlic bread were simply outstanding. They offered a great variety of drinks and desserts as well. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for a night when you want to enjoy a meal at your hotel or Airbnb, although dining in the restaurant is also a great option! Voir le carte

"Dining at Edson Hill is clearly meant to be an experience. They certainly charge you for it. At those prices, execution and flavor need to be spot on, and they just ... weren't. Pumpkin soup was so bland and thick, it was like eating flavorless applesauce. Scallops were very good, and cooked nicely, but thrown on top of a pile of spaghetti squash that, again, lacked any flavor. It was clearly squash season, but not a hint of spice or nutmeg. The duck was the highlight of the meal, and the only dish that was executed correctly. Our steak frites was so disappointing. The cut should have been saved for well done, it was not a quality piece of filet, which is the wrong steak for a frites anyways. The fries were perfect and plentiful, but when the fries outshine the steak on a frites plate, that's a problem. For $52 I expect a nice cut. Everything lacked salt and pepper. Dessert was fine, but the cheesecake didn't taste of pumpkin at all, and really didn't taste of cheesecake either, more of a slightly sour mousse cake. All in all, this was a lesson. Take your money to Montreal or the Eastern Townships. They do fine dining better, cheaper, and more casually so you don't have to play along with the stilted service only to be disappointed by the food. Edson Hill is meant for an over 50 crowd who is still more impressed by an obsequious maitre d'hotel than by properly seasoned food."
