"My grandson ordered a baked potato with his dinner, but it came with mashed potatoes and gravy instead. When we inquired about it, the waiter informed us that they were out of baked potatoes, but he didn't bother to tell us beforehand so we could choose something else. Additionally, I never received my pancakes, despite reminding him and being told they would be ready in two minutes. While our waiter was friendly, the restaurant really needs to improve their communication with customers. We won't be returning!"

"My first time at Zao, I was impressed by the gluten-free and vegetarian options available. The restaurant was very clean, including the assembly line where you can build your meal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, with bowls costing around $10 each. I tried the brown rice vegetarian bowl with yellow curry and was very satisfied - the veggies were perfectly cooked. Overall, it was a great experience and I will likely return in the future."

"I had a fantastic experience at Mo' Bettahs! After visiting several times, I've noticed a consistent level of quality and generous portions. You can really tell that the meat is freshly grilled. My personal favorites are the Katsu Chicken, which is perfectly crispy and fried, the tender and flavorful Teriyaki Chicken, and the Teriyaki Steak. They also give you plenty of sweet or spicy teriyaki sauce, which is a nice touch. I'm usually not a fan of macaroni salad, but theirs is surprisingly fluffy and has a gentle taste and texture—so delicious! The atmosphere is clean with ample space between tables, making it easy to have a conversation on a date. Plus, the fun tropical decor and music add to the overall experience."

"I had the misfortune of dining at this establishment recently, and it was an experience I'll be eager to forget. Upon arrival, we checked in with the hostess at 7:30 pm for a party of three. Despite our timely check-in, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which we accepted. Meanwhile, another couple who arrived before us, seemingly distracted by their phones, requested a table after us. During my brief trip to the bathroom, I noticed a disturbing sight: numerous tables cluttered with used plates and cups, and the restaurant's dining area was far from full—only a third of the tables were occupied. When I returned, the couple who had arrived after us was already being seated. I attempted to address the issue with the hostess, but she was busy chatting with a friend in front of the podium. After waiting for her to finish, I inquired about the seating discrepancy, only to be met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The hostess, a larger woman with an unpleasant demeanor, insisted that the other guests had checked in before us, despite the clear discrepancy in timing. Her continued rudeness ultimately prompted us to leave. The behavior of the front house staff was entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer service. The disorganization and lack of professionalism exhibited here are reasons enough to avoid this place."
