"When I asked for a small box or bag to bring the crusts home, I was told they weren't sure if that was allowed. I was paying for the buffet, so I felt the crusts were part of what I purchased. I requested that another employee come to speak with me—not a manager, as I didn’t want to create a scene. They sent over a teenager who repeated that they couldn't allow it. I mentioned that the crusts were part of my order, and I'd even be willing to buy a box to take just the crusts home and show that it was all I had in there, if that helped. Eventually, I was told that they’d check with the manager. Although they brought back a box, they also said it was a one-time exception and not their usual policy. Unfortunately, I’m now reconsidering if I’ll return, despite my love for Pizza Ranch. It seems I’ll be taking my business to Alex's Pizza instead, where I know I can take home the crusts for my pups. On a positive note, I must mention that my great-nephew was well looked after. The male cashier made him laugh with funny faces, which was wonderful. As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant can accommodate wheelchairs, but there are only a few seating options available."

When our order was mistakenly mixed up the first time, the manager (or owner) took it upon himself to correct the issue and personally delivered our meal to our home. Used to be we loved the potatoes and gravy served up with the chicken. Tonight, not so much! Don't know if they switched instant potato brands or what, but taste is gone! BLEH! Overpriced pizza and they seem to be only open when they want to be Hello Dominoes? Update 5/7/23 Pizza is over an hour late today. I called the Ranch 3 times. The person answering the phone must not know how use the phone system as she kept hanging up on me So my wife was driving through town and stopped by the Ranch to get the pizza They told my wife the pizza was attempted to Be delivered but no one answered the door sorry try another excuse lol then told her the driver had the wrong address then they said they tried calling me lol Lies are not an acceptable I’m pretty sure I’m going to be eating frozen from now on, until Dominoes comes to tiwn 8/17/23 update I tried calling 2 times this...
