"It was my second visit to Dolce Style Novo. My first was 3 years ago and this time had been during a colder season, so the menu and experience was completely different. Tonight we had dinner outdoors on the terrace while the last time was inside. Outside was so beautiful with views of the garden and the beautiful palace stone. The service was really impeccable. I don't eat fish (a preference, no allergy), and the waitress made sure to bring a second option of butter for me as the standard anchovies had in it. I found it particularly thoughtful, because bread is not the main focus of a meal for me at least, and they already had oil as another option. It really felt like no detail was too small. Every dish brought to the table was perfect. We had the 5-course menu, with wine tasting, I even found the wine to be unique and pair well brought with every dish. There was no rain forecast, but just before dessert there were raindrops. We hoped it was just a few sprinkles, but it was really a crash. The staff was really prepared for the worst. They rushed into a table and seemed very coordinated. The inner ambience is also beautiful, with a beautiful marble floor. We finished our meals in the interior and received a screen for our return journey to our car. Another nice service detail. I recommend this restaurant. The value is really there and it is a magical evening."

"Yesterday evening I attended the table of social wine, Thursday 27 May. it was not a very funny dinner because it pushes people to socialize and get curious about the history of the wines served. christian contu, chef of the house, managed with his imagination to combine exceptionally the dishes to the wines, highlighting the flavors with care and aromas. a combination and a journey that ignites together the olfactory and Gothic experience. the evening was dedicated to the Tuscan region and the chestnut, concluded with a nice quiz, but each appointment has a host region . "invitati per una cena di compleanno in famiglia, siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi di trovare un angolo di langa nella grande città di Torino. Menu a sorpresa. E che sorpresa! La tradizione piemontese è qui ben espressa in ogni piatto ... dall'antipasto al dessert, passando attraverso alcune tagliatelle degne di lode e per un secondo classico ben cotto! Bel proprietario, attento e mai invadente, mamma in cucina, un cuoco da 10 e lode! Molto consigliato per gli amanti della tradizione piemontese, dell'insalata russa del passato, del classico bunet che si scioglie in bocca. ottime materie prime ben lavorate. La piccola città nel sottopiatto lo porterebbe via, ornamento inutile anche un po' di moda passata. Tutto il resto? ... per tornare! "My wife and I were visiting our best friends in Turin and, after a nice walk in the center, we decided to eat a pizza for dinner. They suggested Il Cavaliere after calling to reserve a table. When we got to the restaurant there was quite a long queue and we understood everybody had been told the same ... “come and your table is ready in 10min”, which is not clearly the case. Waiting over 1 hours to have our table, the good news is that we had the opportunity to meet and to chat with nice people who were in line with us and whom we almost ended up to dine together with (remember 8 is a number to make a real reservation ... hopefully!? . We had some Pizza al tegamino and Farinata, which were definitely good, as well as very good ice creams. The staff is funny. There’s a bossy lady, very loud in leading operations, and a very kind, attentive and enthusiastic man running back and forth, managing clients at the tables and the cash register and always apologizing for the delay. All waiters were almost running to serve, while the Pizzaiola was the real pillar of the restaurant keeping the pace very high at the oven! All in all, if you are not in a hurry, is a restaurant where you find good food and you may have fun!"

"Ho avuto il piacere di poter provare la cucina della Trattoria amicizia un giorno a pranzo. Accoglienza perfetta, le due ragazze che servivano in sala sono state super gentili e disponibili durante tutto il servizio. (non essendo del posto, ci hanno inoltre dato direttive su cosa fare e come spostarci con i mezzi pubblici) Veniamo alla parte più importante, la cucina dello chef Kevin Gramaglia. Abbiamo ordinato tre piatti, un antipasto da dividere, un primo e un secondo. Come antipasto abbiamo scelto il vitello tonnato: le fettine erano super tenere e la salsa tonnata che le accompagnava, era super saporita. Il primo: tajarin al ragù di fassona; pasta cotta alla perfezione e ragù veramente gustoso. Il secondo: filetto di fassona in crosta di grissini. Il mio piatto preferito probabilmente: carne fresca, cottura perfetta e soprattutto originalità nella scelta degli ingredienti. Se vi dovesse capitare di andare a Torino e volete provare la cucina tipica Piemontese vi consiglio assolutamente di andare a provare la cucina della Trattoria Amicizia con il tocco innovativo dello chef Kevin Gramaglia."
