The Eau is a five star experience. You really cannot go wrong at any place on property. The food still needs improvement for the prices. This is not a place for a foodie. There is no wow factor in their meals.

This place is amazing, please don't just look at the reviews only you have to coming for visit and you will see what I am talking about. You will have a chance to see a real Octapus. Coming you will be Eau-Original.

Disaster...while lighting, furniture, atmosphere, terrible. Food average best. All four were unhappy with our courts I always wonder how it is that a cook do not do Italian food right .. It's really as simple as what you've learned over 4 years of training... Voir le carte

We celebrated a soon to be bride that wanted a relaxing dinner for the last night of our trip to Palm Beach. We loved Polpo, the staff was so friendly, the food was delicious and they had a great Italian wine selection. Get the Grilled Polpo and the Penne Ala Vodka!

My sister and I visited for breakfast before our spa day, and everything was fantastic. The food, service, and views were all exceptional. I had the best chia pudding I've ever tasted, and they even had almond milk for my coffee. I definitely recommend treating yourself to a meal here!

"We dined outdoors for Thanksgiving, and while we were provided with a small candle for light, I requested something stronger twice. Our guest ended up using their phone light to see what they had on their plate. We celebrated our anniversary at Polpo, and boy did they show us the love. The service was amazing, if I could give them 10 stars, I would! And the food…everything was delicious! The portions are very generous…we brought 1/2 of it home. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s lunch!!!! Besides the fabulous service and the extraordinary food, you cannot beat the view. We’ll most definitely return, and I’m pretty sure we won’t be waiting until our next anniversary. You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful family dinner we had on our Labor Day weekend staycation. Service was perfect Juan went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great experience. Food was incredible! The octopus and lasagna was spectacular. Joe came up with a sweet game a “turtle coloring contest” for our kids. Needless to say they were focused on their coloring, letting us enjoy our dinner and they were surprised with yummy vanilla ice cream with sprinkles on! Thank you for a memorable dinner! God bless! This restaurant is an absolute disappointment. We waited 30 minutes for a table despite having a reservation for outdoor seating. It took another 45 minutes for us to get a glass of wine. Meanwhile, several other tables were served bread and drinks before we even received a menu. Our meals were served incomplete, incorrect, and disorganized. I ordered a steak medium rare, but when it arrived, it was well done. The manager insisted that it was medium rare even 15 minutes after it was served, arguing with me that it was cooked correctly, and showed no signs of apology.
