"Had the 2 meats and 2 sides....Had the brisket and asked for lean and it was pretty good... Had the chicken breast and it was quite dry. Went right when they opened...not sure it the chicken was a day old for it to be that dry....The sides I had were cole slaw and beans....The cole slaw was pretty good and the beans had lots of fat, but not to much flavor...The bread was white bread and would not eat that again....There were no refills on sodas, so I purchased the tea...It tasted pretty good without any sugar...The atmosphere was nice..inside it was low light and we sat outside where they play music and sat upstairs as it was a nice sunny day in the 60's....There were no napkins up there so we got them from downstairs.... All in all for the atmosphere, would go because we can eat outside away from cars and fumes..., But would rather eat at Spring Creek Barbecue as there meat is always moist and they have refills on drinks and fresh yeast rolls....But if you want to support local businesses and get fresh air and healing sun, Intrinsic is a good place to go..."

"I always order chilaquiles here, the red ones, so yummy!!! This is my first time coming on a Sunday and chilaquiles were above and beyond, I ordered them with 2 eggs and it was so delicious! Waitress was quick. I enjoyed my meal but my only suggestion is about the service in general, crew seem to have an attitude must of the time, the way they communicate is just so rude, they don’t smile at all and on top of that they don’t even have the respect to look at you when order or when you pay at the register. Probably they’re so stressed or behind on orders but it doesn’t look good I think. I ask for my receipt when I finished paying and the cashier said “Pos no le puchó ahí” (the POS machine gives you the option on how to get your receipt but she didn’t even give me the option to select if I wanted a receipt or not). Again, food is awesome! My dad lives in Austin and he’s a huge fan of the “sombrero” (fajitas) they have here."

"The owner came by to check if we were satisfied with our meal. I ordered the Berrian tacos, which were the special of the day, and they were full of incredible flavor in every bite. "Okay today i am giving this place a bad review (Father’s Day) because i Ordered 2 pounds of Headless Shrimp with Cajun Garlic butter season MILD with an extra corn because that’s what my husband likes. Mind you each pound already comes with 2 potatoes and a corn and i have ordered extra corn. Well the first thing is I HAD NO POTATOES FOR EACH ORDER AND ONE CORN. Nothing what so ever and then they gave me SPICY and not mild….My husband already doesn’t do spicy because it messes his stomach up. Then on top of that the shrimp tasted like pure rubber. and it wasn’t even 2 pounds when i weighed it. so for me to live 35 mins away from the place to drive there and back home is already a hour drive all together was such a disappointment. Well anyways i contacted the place and spoke with “Laura” And at first it was they would give me credits for my order and write my name down. Then “Vivian” i guess the manager it is…Called me back and was like that i can bring back the food and get it remade or they can give me the credit for the “Potato and corn”….Well listen like i said at the first half of the review i live 35 mins away so that’s an hour round trip and Gas ain’t cheap lol so no i was not about to drive back the same day AT ALL. So i requested for them to do it another day and they told me that i’m only getting credited a potato and corn that is like 2 dollars… vs my $55 meal i just paid for… The food looks good of course but how it looks does not look how it tastes. I used to be a regular here but i will no longer be one anymore."
