"Today, I attempted to call the south location three times to place a pickup order, but all I got was ringing. Finally, I called the midtown location to check if the south location was open, and I was informed that employees are instructed to prioritize in-house customers over phone orders. I can understand that policy, but it’s frustrating when I can’t even get through on the phone. On my fourth call, I finally reached someone and placed my order. I was told it would be ready in seven minutes. When I arrived, I was the only customer there, yet I found three employees sitting at the back gossiping instead of working. One of them eventually came out to ring me up, but as soon as I paid, she went straight back to the kitchen, continuing her conversation as if I were an interruption to her story. Before leaving, I needed to use the restroom, and when I exited, I overheard a barrage of curse words. This atmosphere is concerning, especially as they didn’t seem busy at all; I’m sure at least one of them could have answered my call the first time. It's critical that your staff is adequately trained in customer service. Had I been with my children, I would have certainly said something. I called around 10:48 AM if you’d like to verify the situation for yourself. Until improvements are made in customer service, I can't support a business that fails to value the customer experience."

Their 3 day cleanse is amazing. I don’t normally like these types of drinks but I swear the ones they make here are delicious! Their cold brew drink is also incredible! Can’t wait to try more.

Great products, however, the service was absolutely terrible. The employees acted as if I was inconveniencing them to order a smoothie. The product was great but will most likely not return due to poor service.

Phew boy. Talk about COLD pressed. The snotty girl at the register basically threw my $10 bottle of juice at me and was so dismissive. You need better training and a kinder staff if you are going to charge an ungodly amount for your product. Voir le carte

Love love loveeeeee their açaí bowls ? we tried the Mauna Kea Açaí Bowls and they are so soooo delicious!! I loved that the açaí bowl wasn’t watered down and that the fruits were fresh.Also, decided to give this Sandia De Sol Juice a try and it’s not pretty good if you’re a watermelon lover ?I usually get the Pure Blue Juice if you’re looking to try something refreshing! It has coconut water in it ?

Great juices and smoothies! Pricey, but comparable with other places even outside of AK.Two things that weren’t great about my experience were unfriendly customer service and incorrect pickup time for my order. I had confirmed a pick up time on the phone, and received a text message the evening before that it was ready for pickup, but it ended up not being ready and I had to come back a couple hours later. Not a huge deal but shows a breakdown in ordering/communications.

We were specifically looking for a great, healthy smoothie for lunch.In our Google search we foundthis business with the name, pure and pressed juice and assumed the product would be healthy and reasonably organic.We drove out of our way, to find Pure Pressed Juice co. We sat on the provided bench for 20 minutes, in an empty restaurant, waiting for our $8 power smoothie and $13 acía bowl.Eventually, I got off the bench to see what the delay was; that was when I saw that Skippy peanut butter was being used in both the power smoothie and the acía bowl.
