It was obvious, as she was the only server and we were at the front. When I asked for a vanilla chip, she told me they didn’t have that flavor, only ice cream, which left me feeling quite let down since we had specifically come for that option. After waiting for 22 minutes, we decided to leave without ordering anything. They really should have put up a sign to inform customers and been more attentive to the line. If the server was unsure, she could have simply asked who was next!"

Please update your hours. It's frustrating that you close at 7 PM when Google Maps indicated you were open until 11 PM. I shouldn't have to visit your website to find out your hours. You only marked it as temporarily closed after I brought it up.

The restaurant opens at 11 AM, but on Sundays, the staff member doesn't arrive until 1 PM. She takes quite a while counting her cash drawer, focusing on that instead of attending to customers. Furthermore, she sometimes tries to serve without washing her hands. To the owners: you have an excellent product, but it's essential to improve your staff.
